General Support / Ra2 with vista?

Hey i just got a new vista laptop, and i installed ra2.
it works fine, but the nocd patch wont work.
it works fine on my other computer but not this one.
i cannot get the no cd patch to work for some reason, and i know i have the right version of the patch.
it says
"file not found or canot find file: robot arena 2.exe acess is denied."
