Also, you better add more weapons/drivetrain/external protection on this bot rather than 10mm steel on a popup... on ANY bot. NARYARNYARYARY NAR YAR>>> wtf does your name mean anyways is it like swaheelee(however the  you spell that) or some sh**? :)

It's called not having a full time job, and waiting to pick up my gf which normally is all day. So I build a robot.. (which takes about 15 minutes) then I might tweak it a bit. then get another idea for another bot.

well its a good idea however in real life it just sounds good. while i have never biult a full bot in real life i have made i jig to hold several wepon systems. from spinners to the very air powered chisel your asking about. what i found... not effective lol you must hold an EXTRAME amount of pressure to do anything to metal. hoever in game i think it might be not only doable but kinda cool also. Cuda shares the vision!... And the idea was considered for a real bot? thats kewl. I know it doesn't seem practical enough for a real bot but still it doel seem really cool to me aswell.

I know MOST of you know what an air chisel is... I was thinking about it and an air chisel would be a perfect ram bot enhancement...
remember air chisels are only about 4-6 inches long so you dont have to use some huge burst piston to make it...
I have no idea how to make components so I was just throwing it out there...
I was thinking it could be adjustable (if not too big of a pain): 2 hits per second
4hps or 6hps...
On a real air chisel you can adjust the amount of air flow thus changing its effectiveness for whatever the job your doing is... I was just thinking about when you have another bot pinned into a corner or a wall the only why you can do a decent amount of dmg is rock side to side or do what I like to call.. mini-rams.. I think the Air Chisel component would be realleh kewl.
If anyone takes this on... and sees the possibilities as I do... the adjust ability aspect isn't exactly important. But it would need to be on a 'fire' button instead of being on at all times.. and now that I think of it you could make it electric or air considering there are both..
this would be a good DSL addition?? iono...

piglets for drive... classic. the usual n00b mistake.
Also, piglets for a 30kg+ weapon and 10mm steel with a wedge => FAIL. AF motors are too long. also.. I built the bot in about 2 1/2 mins It wasn't a "omg I'mma pwn everything with this!" it was a haha I gotta beta geared LW.. The piglets work really well on that bot.. anyways this is what I was doing when you were calling me a nooob lol. Same bot.. just modified for... yeah. 10mm steel.. just filling weight.. and it did so perfectly this bot is 799.9 [ATTACH]253[/ATTACH]

ya it dose look at the pic on the last page. he has a dsl bar going through the chain. lol @ cuda (while x-mas shopping today I saw a little hemi-cuda RC car at big-lots almost bought it too. ) thanks for being so picky.. it made the bot 100% better [ATTACH]250[/ATTACH]

You seem to have your DSL installed in your stock game wrong. It looks like you have it set up so that every single weapon has 1000 hp, and not the modified DSL stats. You should not be able to rip everything off of Grog with the weapon setup that you have in DSL. Something is wrong there. I've nothing installed wrong I have DSL 2.1 (downloaded version) so my splash from starcore 3 didn't go away when I installed it. anyways. This is Thunder God. the same bot that trampled Grog just a lil smaller with 5 steel armour [ATTACH]249[/ATTACH]

I'm nowhere finished with this bot... I just thought I'd take it out for a test spin with grog.. this is the results...
I'll have the official showcase of this bot later tonight..
If you look Way way off in the back you'll see whats left of grogs shell.. I tore off every weapon/henge before the top of his shell come off.. then he ran from me.. and since my battery was at 1/16th It took me 5 mins to catch up with him..
sadly enough this was the death blow...
