Wow, it's been so long since I've seen this place that it's kinda strange to me. Thank you email reminder I guess.

(Image removed from quote.) So lately I got into Art Deco and decided to make an Art Deco lighthouse in Sketchup, this is the dining table for it.

There is a tool in sketchup that allows for curved corners if you're looking to get rid of the hard/rigid edges on objects.

The king is dead, long live the king!
Respect your decision to leave and reform ACAMS, life reformation is one of the most respectable decisions/acts a person can do, at least in my eyes anyway.
Good luck to you Trov!

Off-Topic Discussion / Re: Most Dissapointing Movie's Ever
« on: August 21, 2012, 11:19:29 AM »
Prometheus was pretty damn disappointing, the effects made it worth the watch but the acting was terrible (the guy portraying the android was probably the best amongst the actors), the storyline was also pretty hard to believe.
It seems pretty good when you watch it/after you've finished watching it but if you keep thinking about it, it just gets worse and worse.
Still much more canon than AvP.

The Strangers- I wasn't expecting a happy movie but I was expecting more than lots of screaming and
I was expecting some substance at some point in the whole movie.

Tremors 3- What the f***ing F**kedy F***, "Assblasters?"is that the best you could come up with? Way to kill a decent f***ing series.

And finally, last and DEFINITELY the least:

The Blair Witch Project- Oh come one, if anyone EVER was scared by this then they must have had very traumatic experiences when they watched teletubbies as a child (AAAAH, AAAAH MUMMY THE SUN HAS A FAACE AAAAAAAARGH). Nothing happens for the whole movie, and then BAM right at the end, NOTHING, Oh ***K something we never get to see(but you wanted to see for the whole freaking movie) killed them, THE HORROR! Yeah I just ruined the film for you, that will save you an hour and a half, they all die, or get possessed or something, you'll never know even if you do watch the movie.

I remember watching the original cartoon when I was a kid and I still remember it being the best thing ever. I'd be happy to watch them again for the nostaliga it would provide.

I've seen pictures of a white Elvira and it's haaaaawt. But I can't find an online seller for the white one. (If I do it will probably be my next guitar)

But im struggling to find a place that has either. Anyone really lucky and has a seller nearby?

Guys, watch the video with subtitles...
If you listen he actually says "he" youtube captions are unreliable.
"He's not here, is he?"

My old graphics card used to do stuff like that on Tf2 mainly with shiny surfaces and lights. Update to the latest and if that doesn't work you probably need a replacement
http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/
Type Team Fortress 2 into that and you can see what doesn't meet the requirements.

Oh. Well, even then, it's still a damn sight better than all the "UMAD", "LUCKSMAN", "BOOMSTICK" and W+M1" names you'll often find floating around.

I've also come up with some more-
Law and Order  (Eviction Notice)

Fairy Bow  (Huntsman)

Cheap Win 3000  (Knife)
"N00b down"

The P.H.D.- Professional Harming Device (Jag)
"Eleven Science P.H.D.s were incorporated into this wrench. Start praying, boy"

And some of the more disgusting ones-
Sweet Lemonade  (Jarate)

Scout's Hot Sticky Fluids  (Mad Milk)
My friend has a Mad Milk called the Man Milk, and i've already mentioned my demoman sword.

This was my very first model. There is alot wrong with it and many things went wrong during the making. (stopping me from making eyes.)

My second model is very much still a work in progress but is going much better.

Ideas, tips and improvements welcome.
