This one does pretty good if you learn how to drive it. It traps the opponent and takes wheels off.

Nordhausen:  Here is the drenched, battered, diesel van which Claude Schmidt built, that 2 months later saved the town of Nordhausen, Germany. When it's owner noticed that the town's dam broke, he quickly rammed his vehicle across the break, which sliced up the two front tires, but stopped the deluge... The town's mayor later remarked at the 'Heros Parade':
