It would still affect any other bot with a smartzone. They would fire when their zones come into contact with the spotlight, rather than the bot's actual components.

Boon 7 vs Rupt Flipper:
Boon 7 wins 3-0 with 3 OotA's
Straight Shooting vs RipTide:
Riptide wins 3-0 with 2 TKO's and a KO.
Sybiote Core vs Quen 2:
Quen 2 wins 3-0 wth 3 KO's.
Dimtankoya vs Black Knight:
Black Knight wins 3-0 with 2 KO's and 1 WBP.
Spike vs Karma:
Karma wins 2-1 with 2 KO's. Spike gets 1 win via immobilisation.
BOT-CHOY vs Zynogantium:
Zynogantium wins 3-0 with 3 wins via immobilisation.
Kritical vs Cheese Bot:
Kritical wins 3-0 with 2 KO's and 1 win via immobilisation.
