Actually if you go to the forum rep stats and ignore the Naryar vs GF downreps it is a 50-50 split.
If you're just ignoring the downreps then it's less than 50-50 because most of GFs rep ups are to fix "wrongs that shouldn't have occured".

Stickies. Stickies are the way forward. Put 3 stickies on the wall next to it, and it should boom. Just place them there out of sight, and you should be a ok.

Mainly Wukong/Renekton top, Ahri/Fizz/LeBlanc/Brand mid, Hecarim jungle and I also play Soraka/Sona/Alistar support and MF/Vayne/Ashe carry when required.
