Righto.
You may think I've been here for a year. Wrong, I've been here for over 4. I had an old account here and behaved like a noob (I was only 11 at the time). I forgot the password to the old account for very long (still forgotten it) and it rotted, plus I wanted to start fresh. I set you the task of finding this old account. IP Scans won't help as I moved house in '10. I'll give you a few hints, then when you find it, I want the old account erased.
It had less than 50 posts, one bot in the DSL Showcase and he asked a lot of questions.

I don't think he can get the discs directly onto the ME, because of where the drive motors are positioned.
Very much so, yes. I can't see too much in the way of improving it, other than perhaps using Flipper Segments in place of DSL Bars and improving the chassis armour.
I was thinking this in my first stage, but because of the hitpoints of the FS, I opted out. Might try it though.

Yes, try and get the disks straight on the ME which might need some axle loading.
There's a good chance that the disc will intersect with the wheel.
