I'll do 5 more matches today to allow Mr. as some more time to send bots if he still wants to.

Changed the splash size rule to:
*Entries must be reasonable splash size (nothing too big). Seeing as the don't go on the front page they can be a bit bigger. 923

Does VB use H.A.N.N.A.H's chassis for LW's?

It's been working fine for me since the fix, but I have noticed some people not posting like INF.

Still plenty of time, you don't need to do a fancy splash since this isn't BOTM but it would probably help your chances if you made one. This contest is more about a mix of combat efficiency with how well the bot fits on that team.

Mod/skin an arena, create an AI pack, host a tournament, create some components, make a tutorial...be useful..My third tool is released. I'll check it out, unfortunately I haven't been able to check your other downloads yet as I have been busy with a bunch of other stuff (AI packs, tournaments, AW building). My AI packs in the downloads sections don't have any votes or comments either but I think it's mainly guests that download them because most members get stuff directly from the forum. I always try to upvote and say thanks to people like Trov who go the extra mile for us. 928

I've been building AW's the past 3+ years, still no builders block, I have a number of AI packs I'm working on and I'm also going to host a tournament soon. Surely you guys can do something more then just screwing around in playground.

Are you sure the bots are wired to be AI'd? are the controls named "Forward" and "LeftRight" for movement?

I find it funny that people defending playground come in here and act childish saying we are all just butthurt... Hello that attitude is the main problem and you come here and display it in front of the rest of the forum, seems like an easy decision for Trov if you all want to act that way on the whole forum.

1. Joe's site is dead so anything he linked from it is down.
2. Don't use any of them, big smileys aren't really needed IMO. 3. I don't care for playground... it seems like a place to just go and misbehave and it causes a lot of people to get upset/mad and perhaps ragequit (even I've been there), we really don't want that with this small community... more members the better plus it might repel new members from joining. Playground also has the potential (if it hasn't done it already) to spill over into the main forum and effect forum relations, causing hostility from people against others. 936

Nope, not too late. This is a preview of what's in the pack so far, but if you want to see your AW's in this tournament you should send them ASAP.
The others group needs more bots for this tourney anyway, they only have like 7 combat worthy ones left. 938

After having to record the piston bots from INFAI etc. in my last display tournament I shudder to think of the havoks it would cause.

Could you explain Identical objects that can be repeated (rotation is fine), hinges and Prismatics a little more for us? I have an idea for an arena using most the other stuff.
