My initial thought on vulture is that it is F-ugly. But, in a good way. It really captures the element of crazy ineffectiveness that was evident in Robot Wars.
It is perfectly ugly dude, good work.
Vultures are supposed to be ugly! :P also I'm unaware how to fix the curving of the chassis, sm.

Hey dude, welcome to the forums. Nice to see someone with such a good attitude towards advice.
Anyway, the bots not too bad, but honestly I would attach all the face spinners via the snapper II(which is indeed legal). That way you can shrink the chassis even more and possibly get a fourth face spinner. Once you face starcore cots your going to notice twelve irons isn't nearly enough.

Alrighty folks I got the charge dropped but randomly drug tested once a month. They can gargle on my nuts however because all I need is someone to pee in a bottle for me :)

Haha here's the deal, im charged with being high on marijuana, but I passes the sobriety test, failed a piss test(but that could be from previous smoking), passes another drug test a week later(fyi it takes a month for thc to get out of your system, but these piggies don't know who they are ****in with) and passes another one after that.
