This is the match that caused the top damage. Quick eyes will notice me landing on their weapon after getting launched. Also, near the end you can spot the bit of metal I got high centered on.
I should also mention that AutoDesk Inventor was a Battlebots sponsor. They gave prizes to the top 3 finishing robots and the best engineered robots. The result of this is that I and three of my teammates are going to receive copies of Autodesk Inventor Professional, which retails for somewhere in the range of $5,000 per copy.
Guess I need to learn inventor =P

First link was my second match, second link was my 4th match.
From mid match 4 through the last match I only had one side of my drive getting power.

yes, they were recording the college 120lb class, as well as the pro 220 class and the high school 120 class. 15lbers fought in a different arena. I should have some video of a few of my matches up in a few days.

15lbers probably won't make it on TV.
Final record 5-2. That put me at 4th overall and 1st in the college class. I won two fights with only one working wheel. I also won the award for best engineered 15lb robot.

Speaking of which, 3-1 right now, will likely end 3-2 because of a gearbox failure on the left side of the bot.

Won't be doing much bot building the next few days. BBots starts tomorrow and ends Friday.
Did do another round of the LW tourney with Fisticuffs winning, beating Organ Grinder 2, Organ Grinder, Walkway To Oblivion, Seven Year Itch and Sawz-All 2.
Power Mad(winner of 1st tourney) lost in round 1 to Closer.
Organ Grinder 2 beat Closer, Box of Rocks, Infected Piercing and Twisted.

Not so much hobbles as rockets around the arena at absurd speeds. This is probably a more appropriate weapon system for the way the drive behaves-

Time to resurrect an old school (mostly forgotten, I suspect) drive system.  Depending on what rules you use, that's either a terrible HW or a LW walker. (real combat events tend to give 200% weight bonuses to walkers)
