dude, before giving any advice, what is this bot's type? is it a normal Horizontal Spinner or is it a Horizontal Spinner/Rammer Hybrid? if it's the former, change the drive to RADs, shrink the chassis, and change the extender holding the weapons to 20cm. If it's the latter, also shrink the chassis, and try to get a mace weapon rack. I'll let the ones who are better at me give more advice.

Uhhh, I guess it rams stuff, but that's not when I had in mind for the design.
so, do you want an ordinary Horizontal Spinner like this:
https://gametechmods.com/RA2wiki/index.php?title=Fury
or do you want a Horizontal Spinner that still can Ram opponents like this:
https://gametechmods.com/RA2wiki/index.php?title=2_Sinister
your pick.

Cool. Do the side razors only hit when the bot is on top?
yep, and it also kinda protects it when it's flanked.

Yeah, I am ashamed at how close this is to done and it isn't. Something is getting built tonight I promise you that.

As for the rookies and extras, barbershop chop, spin bonker, tailwhip, bot choy, are all done.
where is it?

yes, you are certainly getting better, but you might want to
1. have a steeper shallower wedge so bots will climb up and be able to be guttripped easier
2. get rid of one of the blacks (http://beetlebros.gametechmods.com/ra2stats.htm)
3. get burst motor wedges, green snappers recommended for this

EDIT: and get it down to a mw because 6 irons is like nothing for a hw
And oh, before you even wanna start building, think first of what you wanna build. So, if you wanna build a HW Popup for example, think of the chassis of the bot, what shape it'll be, how is it going to work, how much space the parts need, and the finished product of the bot.

It needs to be 128x128 or something similar (256x256, 512x512, etc)

That might be where I'm going wrong, I'll have to double check what size I was using. Cheers.

Also, the "cool but realistic" building is the new cool thing right now, you joined at the right time.

Either I joined at the right time, or I'm just some noob who'll get lost amongst the more experienced builders who have started doing what I'm trying before I joined.

ANYWAY, I'm not proud of this next bot. It's just a prototype for what I'm hoping to become a hammer bot. With two hammers.

I think I've actually underpowered this one, it's very sluggish in all aspects, including weapons.

PIGGGLLLEEETTTTSSS FFOOORRR DDDRRIIIVVVEEE inb4nary :FFFUUU s
on the bot: just use 2WD NPC Fasts with Technos for this. For the flipper, use a Titanium or Steel skirt, and for the hammer, it's fine, but i think razors are better cause they're bigger, have more damage, and look cooler. And finally, if you wanna go IRL, use a titanium skirt on a skirt hinge, or, if you wanna try your luck at DSL Standard, use a Titanium skirt on a metal hinge.

Well, 2 BSG's allowed me to make a middleweight capable of flipping Tornado OOTA. I guess it's a start. Even if it is either:
A) A fluke
or
B) Just incredibly amateur.

Might work on creating something bigger with Beta motors. We'll see.
AAAAARRRGGGHHHH the empty space.
use 2WD NPC Fasts(or normals) with tornados or hypnos, change the flipper to a simple alu/titanium skirt, lower the chassis, and reduce empty space.

My lesson from this challenge: IRL Robots usually = :SFTW

At least I went out in style.
plus you got the weapon wrong(25 kg hammers= :SFTW). You would have been better off with a 100cm disc and Beater Bars+ DS Light tooth.

Here's a list of all the bots I have updates for since the last AI update:

- Ronin
- Bot-204
- Coal Miner
- M.A.D.
- Dementia
- Iceberg
- Lug Nut
- Hanky Panky
- Raptor
- Backyard Ripper

I also have an alternate version of Lil' Dog with RADs and more spikes. Is this an update, or an old one?

Since I'm now the keeper of bots or something, are there any more updates that have been done that I don't have?
@R0B0
do you accept the rebuilds of the bots that are hidden in the Robot designs tab? i'll remake those if you want to.

916
Nope, the MOE bars doesn't cut through the battery. I checked.
the NPCs?

Page 2 eh, lets fix that:

how do i eat up the last 9 kgs? plastic 10, 12 ants, 10 razors, and a Trovved chassis.

moar half drunken building

(Image removed from quote.)

Improvement of Pysc's BBEANS4 entry. 3mm Ti, 5 ants, metal hinge wedges, normal NPC's.
ummmmm nary, i think the M.O.E bar cuts through the battery, can we get a better look of the bot?

it looks a bit messy really (might just be the irons), a topview of the insides would help tell us where you can make it airtight

its properly invertable right ?
eeeyup, and i think i'll get a second black by ditching out 3 casters and then drop to shinies.
