Alright I made an arena, with everything skinned and edits to the .py files The MLP FiM arena, and arena with a MLP Skin, I originally made the arena skins back in May but forgot about it and in the past few days I decided to go and edit it. I need to learn how to skin, too.
I might know, I think you need to install V2.3 and then V2.4 in DSL And skinning is kind of easy, You will need either Photoshop or Paint etc.

How do I add mods I downloaded from websites on Google to the steam version of TF2.
I think its a matter of replacing files.
You might have to Google that aswell.
I might have found out how, I found out where all the Team Fortress 2 files are, I am installing a map and a skin for Energy Drink can(I think that is what it is)
