I'm guessing it rotates towards the beater. If so, switch the razor tip opposite from the beaters to the side with the beaters.
Hmm... I remember putting them on the other way with a bias towards the beater bar side... I guess the flails must have flailed when I posed the bot for the picture. It's much less of a killer than it looks.

here's how big the gap between the flipper and the SS segment: (Image removed from quote.) here's how big the gap between Hazard's wedge and it's Body for comparison : (Image removed from quote.) and here's a proof that metal hinges are IRL: (Image removed from quote.)
You're totally missing the point. IRL building in DSL is all about finding the happy balance between looking like a real life robot and effectiveness. Your flipper failed at one of these things. you asked for advice on how to make it look more IRL and Pwn gave it to you. You then countered it with a pointless argument. Yes metal hinges are realistic (i have them on my 3lb), but how you used them isn't. I provided pictures of two of the best flippers in their respective weight classes. Take a look at them.

Take a look at some real robots and figure out how to replicate the feel of them in RA2. IRL it boils down to two styles of flipper. .JPG) illustrated by Phoenix and Explosion respectively. Take a look at one style and try to emulate it. Flippers like Phoenix are more common in the US and flippers like Explosion are more common in the UK.

I think my bathroom sink cabinet AGOD'ed... How do I fix?
Countershots would helpful...
(Image removed from quote.)
the doors don't line up anymore...
would hax mode help? I've got a spare pneumatic ram from Phoenix I could use...
Remove and reattach the hinges. [/thinkRA2]
Tried that... didn't work...
Tried hax mode to see if I could disable the collision mesh on the cabinet door so that it would close all the way. I couldn't get it to work.
I attached ram, an air tank and something that looked kinda like a RAD to the rug
(Image removed from quote.)
I also can't find the F12 to see if the collision mesh went away... I tried taking my laptop in there and pressing F12 but that didn't work...
why did you attached a RAD to a piston, there's your cause of AGOD
but...but... that's how I thought you had to activate hax mode...

suede, chill out bro...
Av, if i was you i'd loose the beater bar "8" on the front and switch to a bunch of shell panels or something to get it under 600kg. also the long wedge out the front looks kinda bad and ruins the flow of the bot. i'd switch to to three metal hinge/small wedges across the front.
