Because the binds are done poorly. In the stock AI, creators precise which components are actually weapons, what to do when they all fail at what angle are these weapons effective, etc, etc. Most of the fan-made AI packs simply tell the engine: here's a robot, here's how to drive it, have fun.

Anyway guys, the streaming system should be all ready in a day or two. Yesterday I hacked until 4AM and I now have a server to which DJs connect, each with heir own username & password, and from there they can take over the stream, add songs to and from the queue, speak via a mike, play a song from the server, have full control over it.
When no DJ is present and when the queue is emptied, the system shut downs and switches to a public web interface, from which you, the users, can vote on songs upload them, comment on them, and queue them yourselves.

MS Word for Mac is awful. Pages from iWork is excellent, and it's usually shipped with macs for a very low price.

I'm still working on a nice interface for all of this, including software for DJs. I also bought some VPS hosting (256MB RAM, 10GB HDD, 200GB bandwidth) for two months, on a german IP address, hopefully this will host the website and all.

These times, Macs are just PC's with a TPM (trusted platform module, a little chip that says "I'm a genuine mac!") inside. You can install Windows and Linux on a Mac and install Mac OS X on a PC.

I'm probably going to use the demovibes project. You can see it in action on scenemusic.net. It supports uploading, voting, queuing, comments and DJ Random :P.
