Let's see, if all of the weapon arms were symmetrical, then

3 vlad spikes per arm: 90 kgs + 3 70kg DSL hammers per arm: 210 kgs = 300 kgs per arm * 8 = 2400 kgs of weaponry.  O_O

I don't know about the DSL bars however.

SM told me that the Celestial Bodies' SHW doesn't work.
Just edited my post on page 23 with the bindings.  Enjoy!

There is no team pic for Virus Bomb's team and you need to update the bindings for Team Ragnell Revamped.
Well for some reason, Naryar didn't replace the old bindings with the new ones EVEN THOUGH I SENT THEM TO HIM.  Same situation for some of my other teams' bindings/bots.  If you don't want to wait for v2.1 though, I can just give you the new bindings right now (the ones that I think need fixing, including some for my other teams):
Code: [Select]
    list.append(("Civil Offense III","Omni",{'invertible':True,'range':99,'radius':1.4,'topspeed':100,'throttle':130,'turn':60,'turnspeed':2.2,'weapons':(25,26)}))
    list.append(("BW-XBlade^3","Omni",{'invertible':True,'nose':math.pi*2,'range':30,'radius':0.4,'topspeed':100,'throttle':130,'turn':60,'turnspeed':2.5,'weapons':(6,9,10,11,12)}))
    list.append(("Crosswind X4","FBS_1",{'invertible':True,'PreSpinEntrance':0,'SpinDirection(1/-1)':-1,'ReMobilizeRoutineTime(10-60)':20,'range':99,'radius':0.1,'topspeed':120,'throttle':120,'turn':30,'turnspeed':1.5,'weapons':(9,11)}))

    list.append(("Eris","FBS_1",{ 'PreSpinEntrance':0, 'SpinDirection(1/-1)':1, 'ReMobilizeRoutineTime(10-60)':20, 'range':99, 'radius':0.1, 'topspeed':120, 'throttle':120, 'turn':30, 'turnspeed':1.5, 'weapons':(11,12,13,14,15,16)}))

    list.append(("Pulsar v9.0","Spinner",{'invertible':False,'nose':math.pi,'radius':1.5,'topspeed':100,'range':99,'throttle':130,'turn':60,'turnspeed':4,'weapons':(2,)}))

    list.append(("Hellish Uproar","Spinner",{'invertible':True,'nose':math.pi,'radius':2,'range':60,'topspeed':100,'throttle':100,'turn':30,'turnspeed':2,'weapons':(55,)}))

    list.append(("SHW-Neptune","FBS_1",{'invertible':True,'PreSpinEntrance':7,'SpinDirection(1/-1)':-1,'ReMobilizeRoutineTime(10-60)':20,'range':99,'radius':0.1,'topspeed':120,'throttle':120,'turn':30,'turnspeed':1.5,'weapons':(9,11)}))

Well this IS the DSL showcase section, so it's fine to use those parts here.

I'm guessing he just didn't install DSL correctly.

Loved every second of it.

Congrats to the champion!

1 Supervolt, DSA, 6 casters.

36-mace SnS.  I think it would be better to lower the Snappers by one notch and use bigger casters, but I'm not too sure.

Nothing as original as my last bot.

Speaking of which,

I decided to switch back to the first weapon setup on my mace piston rammer.  There were simply no other setups that would allow it to perform as well against HS, which is what I wanted it to do in the first place.  I also found that the gap sometimes helps to stop HS weapons.

I wanted to use a star-shaped chassis, but I had no luck.  I could try again with this example, though.

Thanks savethewhales!

My new SHW, Neptune:

6wd NPCFs w/ Technos, 8 ants (though I think it needs less), 5mm titanium, 24 Large Beater Bars, 16 irons, 4 light DS teeth.

Sadly, that was the most space-efficient chassis I could build that will allow that many motors to be attached (can't mount them externally because the wheels wouldn't touch the ground).  It's not that much of a problem, though.

I'm going to lose... badly, and considering my current tournament record, that's saying a lot.  I just don't think my entry fits for a tournament like this, but I had no other choices.

Some really nice-looking bots though.

Russian Roulette is there any bot you don't dislike?  Yeesh!  :P

Anyway, I don't like Razer because it doesn't seem like a lot of effort was put into some of its matches.  All it had to do most of the time was grab hold of its opponent.  This would lead to its opponent being KO'd or Razer gaining control of its opponent and winning by JD.

He wasn't adding to the discussion anyway.

It makes me wonder though.  Did he turn the image into a trojan with the intent of harming the thread creator, or did he post the image not knowing it was a trojan that could harm other computers as well?

I never liked Tornado much. It's a red box with four wheels and tire guards. Plus it cheated against Razer.
Well I never really liked Razer anyway.

I'm still waiting for Pwn to give the green light for sending our entries, but right now, it doesn't look too good for us.  I'm reluctant to say that we are backing out though.

Our team name is Deadly Accuracy

If the panel doesn't act well as a stabilizer, then find something else; you NEED a front stabilizer if you want it to be an effective flipper.

Really anything goes for me, but...

Weapons: Prefer Sledgehammers, weapons with high HP/concussion / Dislike low-HP weapons (when in relatively low quantity)
Extenders: Prefer multi-extenders / Dislike skirts, skirt hinges
Armor: Prefer 30kg titanium sheets, baseplate-mounted halfsheets, side panels / Dislike skirts
Weapon Motors: Prefer Perms (both 132 and 80) / Dislike none
Drive Motors: Prefer Slimbodies and both types of NPCs / Dislike Magmotors
Wheels: Prefer Technos and Vlads / Dislike ant wheels (**cking nasty pickles)
Chassis armor: Prefer 5mm plastic and 5mm titanium / Dislike pretty much everything else

Let's see...

If I were to go for the three main weight classes, these would be my top pics:

Except with 45s the LW is unstable.  FML ><

But I still like my SnS so I'll go for Crosswind.

The new ReFraction

Better wedge, better armor, more mobility, and more weapons (30 razors and large beater bars, 510 kgs total weapon weight).

I personally think it didn't need a wedge upgrade, but it helps a little, mostly for trapping:

^^ Finally.

Soon, Urjak, soon.  >:)
