You only need for a shell spinner to move when its being counted out, or to slowly drift towards the opponent.

Reminds me of the original version of 027's BBEANS6 entry. Just put the weapons directly on a disc, that extender setup's wasting weight.
That's what I was thinking earlier. I couldn't remember where I saw it though.
