An extender framework (or beater bars, if you can get the weight) with rows of spikes would look better, and be better. Also the tail should be on an axle so it swings around.
tail is actually on a burst motor anyway skinning bots  and my blood brothers entrant (one of them)  its supposed to be dsl-s any improvements on either?

I just looked at those bots. Seriously? You could've at least TRIED to build some DSL-S bots instead of that!
The way to get better at DSL-S is to TRY building it and improve, not just give up. It's not like IRL, it takes effort to get good at it.
I don't think I've ever seen less funny joke bots.

On the next one, you should show some skinning outside of RA2. The in-game tools are only good for marking purposes.
And propebly go for a harder target also we may want to compare the replica to the real life counterpart so a pic would be nice.
i think he went for rhino because of how easy he is to do this is a school for learning how to build replicas better not watching tommy build
also if you could make these videos that would be cool

Never mind aesthetics and combat effectiveness. The biggest problem is clearly that it doesn't look like an alligator. Give it clamping jaws and a tail, then we can talk details.
