Was there a slightly similar risk to what happened with Spawn Again against Raging Reality in Series 7, where their piston actually blew itself apart and left itself hanging out of the front of the machine?
Nah, that was in the arena WBC could have blown apart it's CO2 tank anytime in the pits area The key is in the word, CO2 tank, not made to hold nitrogen :P

we're the only four on the forum that build decent robots
Ouch, low blow..
I am part of the "Real Robot Builder" user group.. but anyway..
Sorry, forgot about you, just thought of those with the brown titles :P build decent robots
why do i have it then?
Cause you've build several working robots, (some of your ants are pretty good), and made the effort to make a feather You've shown commitment to roboteering and supported it, unlike those that say they've made a robot by taping stuff to an RC car

Building a bit of cardboard with servos on like Stag won't get you the roboteer title Only four of us have it, because we're the only four on the forum that build decent robots and compete in events regularly
You'll have to do a proper job y'know, not worth making just to get the title :P

WBC, no Gravity, yes
WBC wasn't actually a good flipper, it just used Nitrogen instead of CO2 which made it very dangerous, the pneumatic system couldn't properly withstand the gas, thus why robots in the UK are only allowed to use CO2 or Air for pneumatics
Series 5 against Iron-awe? Sure it was unreliable but it was fun to see it :P
Throughout series 5
If you cannot understand how dangerous it was, it could have blown all the pneumatics inside the robot apart at any second
And RW allowed it?
Untill WBC
Is that the reason why we didn't see them in later series'?
I thought they just didn't have enough money (yes i'm that silly :D)
Dunno, quite possibly
