I remember a long while ago I was convinced that RA1 was robot arena 3, I mean the graphics do look sorta better than ra2. Isnt it that in RA1 your bot couldnt leave the ground?
Im amazed how much the 2 games are different, RA1 Looks some how a bit futuristic to me

I had the game paid for and on order before it came out....BUT, I live way down here in Texas, so by the time I got the game there were already 10-12 players online that had the game for about a week before me. Im guessing you played Robot Arena (1)?

I bought it because it seemed cool and moddable. I bought it in late late December 2006, and I joined the old forum in January 2007. The first topic I made was something like this:
"Do I have To Use 3d Studio Max to Mod RA2?"
then Ian005 said something
then ACAMS was like "DON'T POST LIKE THAT"
