I've blocked him already. Initially, I was looking forward to it, I was thinking "Oh, HX is back, he was supposed to be one of the old guard, IIRC", and then I saw the avaginatar. I'm surprised he hasn't been at least warned yet, and his avatar removed. If it were any other members, they would have possibly faced a ban, but guys like HX and inf ((when he was still around here) seemed to get away with breaking rules.
