wow I leave this thread for a day and all breaks loose... might need a mod to do some house cleaning... Joe, House cleaning? Where my wife comes from, they build houses out of this ......stuff. You guys, back off LRA2 for a while, let him change his diaper. LRA2, HOW these guys are posting is not real good, but WHAT they're posting is real good. You need to listen more than speak, till you learn more and know what your talking about enough to actually help others. .

....I spent over an hour trying to figure out what your post meant, and even now I'm a bit uncertain. Ok. You'd probably have to see the options in the control panel and thread windows to understand.

It seems almost a slap in the common consumers' faces that they are buying a quick-sell product called 'sham'-'wow'.... i.e. the ultimate 'sham'. 'Chamois' is a kind of leather used for polishing and drying. Why not make up a name that has 'Cham..' or the like in it? It's almost like they were 'looking down' upon their sucker-clients, and ' up' about their own selling-abilities by overtly placing in the name of a product 'sham'. The 'Wow' is in the fact that they can still sell a product that they overtly named 'Sham'. Complaints: http://www.complaintsboard.com/?search=shamWOW These people were called 'Sophists' in Greece; we call them 'Spin-doctors' or 'Pitchmen' today. If a product or service is good, it will sell itself without the manipulative hype and mellodramatism... Their goal is to somehow control others, in this case get them to buy a product. But the control part is that which they find exhilarating and drives them. The more ridiculous the proposition offered, the more they know was their 'skill' in controlling said person. You may say this doesn't happen. But I've seen it many times, and even presently have 2 Psychiatrist clients who play with people exactly like this in their practices. It's 'entertainment' to them... I see some of those traits on this forum too...

I'm not sure it's well understood yet, S-32. Why don't you give more detailed explanation for the laity. BTW: SZs won't attach to component APs(extenders) without BFE. But SZs will attach anywhere around or away from the bot, so you can put them wherever you want, even across the arena. I've some feedback I'll share later.. .

Yes, you can do that. But, that would leave any response to the spambot; and you have to go and delete all of the 'responses' to the stupid spambot first, because its posts are your reference points. And since some responses after a spam bot are on-topic, that makes us go through each thread and weed out the legit from the illegit posts. If we know there are no posted responses to it, we can just do what you said without the extra work, Red. .

Enough, you guys. TC, Inf's bot are very good, I use some of them for testing... But, for the sake of ending this between you two: AI your bots yourselves, and then find a neutral party to run a best 2/3 or 3/5 faceoff. If this is not done (set up) by tomorrow eve, I'll close this thread.... (or if there's anymore crap posted) .

I usually use general purpose 1/8" 6013. Been branded a few times myself... Still have a scar on the top of my foot from a slab of molten metal that just fell perfectly into the top of my work boot while stick-welder cutting at high amps. By the time I got the boot off, the metal was cooled down a bit. You only do that once.... .

Hah, RR. No prob. Hope the spin-up time is ok for a SHW... This one is not a HS or FBS/SnS. It's a 'hybrid'...(maybe a 'mut').

Don't worry, CB. I've a weird one coming too. Very prototypical, and may still need a lot of tweeking to be good,,...but on the other hand, may never really become a killer design. But it's fun trying new stuff. New AI.py to run it too... BTW: SHW class brings with it several unkowns... You can't just 'look' at some of these bots and easily tell how it/they will function or fair. .
