Oh, i used to get that all the time when i worked in my last job (shop) I had my hair at its longest, people would always mistake me for a girl. They wouldn't get away with it now, if a wage cap was introduced, they wouldn't be able to do much about it.
As G.K said, it isn't all of them liverpool for example there are those who play the game because they genuinly love the game.

Yeah I don't know anything about that. I was just watching the Women's World Cup final because the U.S. was in it. We lost in penalty kicks though. 
Oh, well I don't imagine the womens leagues suffer from that problem, or atleast not as much.
Well done on the U.S getting to the finals though, i'm surprised you've done that, traditionally you yanks aren't very good, or interested, in the sport ;P
We usually aren't. I think this is the first time I've ever even watched a soccer game. We were either ahead or tied the whole game too, but Japan came back at the very end.
