Progress on the AI has halted for the time being due to my graphics card melting. This bloody game has been the death of my PC now too :(. Good thing I already had a replacement on the build :P

Yes, IA7 drives funny because it was far too difficult to beat as it was. Plus it's driven funny in real life :P. That's why it doesn't win everything.

The modern robots AI will be very hard to beat, especially in an arena allowing OOTAs.

Rip was given to Team Toon and run as Ripoff in 2012 and 2013, before it was returned to Jonno where it has run at live events as Rip since. < hope that clears up people's misconceptions about it.

Love KaPow!, looks so real! Just a couple things though; there's no gaping hole in the back of it... and the aluminium cover has recently been replaced with RAEX steel. Still excellent work as always my freind :)

The second is something long awaiting to be included in this mod and thanks to Jarvis for photographing the robot, creating the skins and creating the mesh with little I out from me, we now have Titan!





Considering this is my first proper contribution to the game, I'm pretty pleased with it. Especially considering there are about 5 pictures of Titan with the silver and black paintjob, and out of them only 2 were suitable for use :P.

Hi Jarvis, I enjoyed seeing the footage you recorded but I noticed there were no flipping sound effects for either of the robots. Do you know why that is?

This is still a WIP. Not everything is finished yet, like the sounds effects, still have to get a microphone and record some robots flippers going off.

Utopia's looking good, it'll be a tough one to fight when it's done. I've already told you this but I suggest putting Defector in your team, it being a bit different as well as the better and more entertaining robot (reffering to the hole in one on LH3).

Unfortunately I didn't get any of Luzifer, it was packed up and ready to go before I got a chance, Flow's been a PITA all weekend :P. I did however get a chance to get the others you asked for, I'll send them shortly.

As a suggestion I have to ask for KaPow! (capitals and exclamation point necessary) from the live circuit. It's making a comeback and from what I've seen it's a beast when it works.

You mean the one that made Annihilation hit the Robots Live arena roof? Yeah, that's it. It ran 2 Bürkert valves to fire the flipper (all other feathers like Explosion and Defector use 1) on 50 bar for twice the flow, hence the power. The setup was f*cking heavy though, and the robot ended up 7kg overweight. The current Flow uses a custom valve with 20x the flowrate of a Bürkert. On the same pressure as the old Flow it has TEN TIMES the power. And that is why I will never run it above 20 bar.

Amazing replicas by the way, I'm truly hyped for this pack. Even so far as it excites me more than the upcoming Silent Hills does... and that's saying something. You're not an idiot for not knowing how it's spelt, the paint is so scratched now you can't see the name.

Yeah, he did. It's a solid centimeter thick blade of titanium, I'm hardly equipped to work that kind of strength :P
He used to own Flow, there were two versions of it before the one I have, this was the first:

(The giant silver one)
Weighed in at 19kg and still only had 1/10th of this Flow's full power. The second one was similarly massive and heavy, but never fought:


Oh and it's spelled 'Satanix' btw.

Ooh, that looks quite lethal, I might have to message him and see if he wants Cobalt in the mod! Mind hasnt everyone carved their initials in Flow's flipper?  :laughing
It was more than quite lethal, it was scary. And it came 4th in 2012. Unfortunately it's non-existant now :(
I wouldn't go so far as to say everyone has... there are marks from NST and DB10, but Flow does have his initials milled into the arm:
