My reasoning for that would be, that after the rep is reset, someone would go through all the active members and give them a preset reputation number. For example, Clickbeetle would have a paticular high preset number like a 10 because he contributes alot.

I think it should be heavily based on RA2, as this is what the forum is about. I DO NOT think however, that it should be so heavily based on RA2 that one would just go "<insert name here> hasn't been building bots to my liking, i'll rep him down". I also think that rep downs should not only occur when law breaking, but aswell as the mood of the person. If someone has paticular negative and mean towards the commuinty, but not breaking laws, that person should still be repped down.

I completely agree with Naryar. The rep system is out of whack. Before my rep was reset, I was on the most smited and most applauded at the same time, which dosn't make sense.
Maybe the rep system is due for a whole reset...?

I have to agree with S32. FPS are aall differnent and they're not just handing out the same sh**. And one of the games you featured in OP was Killzone 3. Just beacuse the games look the same does not mean they are. KZ3 has a very unique storyline.

Still working on that stack  Was bored and came up with this  Not very combat effective and the rule of 7 prevented me from adding anymore weapons. But its pretty cool.

Here's one I did once
Step one: steal some red food coloring form the kitchen cabinets
Step two: go into the bathroom and lock the door
Step three: fill the tub
Step four: fill the sink
Step five: put some food coloring in the toilet
Step six: squirt some food coloring on the mirror
Step seven: pour 75% of the remaining food coloring in the now full bathtub
Step eight: pour 10% in the sink
Step nine: squirt 10% on the floor
Step ten: (Optional) Lather a manikin the remaining 5% and dump it on the bathroom floor
Step eleven: wait for some poor b*****d to discover it
step twelve: telll the person they've just been duped 
Or you could make brown food coloring and put brown chunks of toilet paper in it. Me and my freinds found someones hair tie in the hallway, so we took it and did trick shots shooting into toilets.
