what in the nine hells is this and why was it even allowed in tournaments
i mean it has 4 entries, cheatbot2 components, sh!t building except from maybe one builder (and one another who rightfully saw this as a joke and entered consequently) and why has it been moved from challenges to tournaments
i'm this --||-- close to deleting this thread because of fail all around the place
I think S.H.I.E.L.D's just bailed on the thing and quit because of it. He'll probably come back in a week or two.

 Aliens have invaded GTM to steal our beer. We don't want aliens stealing our beer, do we? Rules (Image & Entry):Rules (Text):
MISSION DETAILS:
1. Engagement against the said threat shall be done under order of an
eight-man squadron each divided into pairs. Upon completion of the Enlistment
period, the squadrons are given three days to confer about improvements on
their unmanned drones. The mission shall be done in shifts, each of which is
to deter a pair of enemy extraterrestrials which are attempting to raid the
beer stores of the GTM Military. The intention of this mission is to recieve
what are known as "points" through the destruction of the enemy unmanned
vehicle. Upon engaging the enemy and prevailing the pair shall recieve a total
point count and shall be granted a multiplier increase (eg. 1x goes to 2x)
which shall increase the points earned in the engagement by multiplying the
regular score with the multiplier. If the pair loses the engagement they will
be granted half the points in which they recieve and shall have their
multiplier reset to x1. For every shift there will be a new wave of oncoming
aliens which are theoried to be tougher than those which preceeded them.
The squadron with the highest amount of points by the end of the mission shall
be promoted.
2. The unmanned drones are to be constructed in DSL and shall be
restricted to the IRL-style of construction only, those which are not the
said style shall recieve disciplinary action. The unmanned drones are to be
Heavyweight-class drones. This category is restricted to drones between
400kg-799kg ONLY. Multi-Drones/Multibots, Popups, Crawlers and the like are
barred from enlistment.
3. The following methods of construction shall not be permitted:
NARmour, AAM, NCR Glitch, Trovaner Glitch, BFE and Hax Mode. The only
components classified as "cheatbot2" which shall be permitted are: Buster
Wheel, Growler Wheel, M.O.E Wheel, All "Judge" Extras excluding the gavel,
HMNTs (Heavy Metal Noise Teeth), Matilda Flywheel, Beta Wheel, Beta Handles.
4. The Squad Leader shall be handling all queries regarding the
programming of the drones, however it is recommended each squad member
places their own "smart zones" in order to prevent confusion.
5. The Squad Leader shall be entering the unmanned drone "Droste-
Effect" if the enlistment slots are not filled.
6. All "HAVOK" related incidents will be ignored twice before a
multiplier reset upon reaching the third "HAVOK" incident.

I'm planning on just discluding them for the final, maybe just holding the semis for the sake of seeing what Chris' an AS' bot are capable of a final time before the finale.

Those sheet extenders are far too thin to be there in an IRL purpose, in my opinion.
I guess, then again what you're provided with is what you're required to work with, so the limitations by RA2 kind-of restrict me to using the thin-sheets. I've seen similar arguments like this about bots like Hurricane 2 and Pythagora in BB7.

the chassis needs to be higher for the halfsheet to attach to the chassis. slide the slider to the bottom instead of clicking the bottom.
Thanks, the bot preforms better against Pop-ups and the like better.

More standard, I guess.  This design's a nice anti-wedge angled HS inspired by Funny Bunny. The problem is that I can't attach a half-sheet below the bot because the game keeps spouting garbage like "Baseplate Components must fit inside the chassis" or something of the like. Is there any way to fix this issue so the bot can stop being destroyed by the very thing it's intended to destroy?

Round 1C and 1D are now up. Why Chris' bot decided to turn around and go onto the hill backwards is something I will never know.
