Great, a discussion is destroyed by Ice Age debates and Jonzu trying to be bad ass.

Sometimes I wonder why anyone bothers when derailing of good stuff happens on a regular basis.

The Informant.  Freaking boring movie and not funny, an aging Matt Damon brings absolutely no substance to the picture.  Walked out after about 15 minutes  Very glad I watched it for free On Demand.

What's it about?

Transformers 2. It wasn't just disappointing , it was disgusting and embarrassing.

Oh god.

Where do we start?

I generally thought it wasn't that bad, though it certainly was nowhere near as good as the first.

the lorax

it was an ok movie and all but it had absolutely nothing to do with the book its based off of, its like they took some movie they made previously and just slapped some lorax-related characters right before realese on it to make munnys
Still, could be worse-
(Image removed from quote.)

That movie was car crash central! The only saving grace IMO for that movie was the fact the boy looks like my friend from college and I can't help but laugh at the resemblance.

I tend to think that at least 45% of kids films have the sam recycled material in them these days.

Jonzu95: One of the first people to greet me on the forums, we've had a few bad spots in our friendship, but I can honestly say that he is a good friend of mine. We don't normally communicate through GTM, choosing MSN instead
dont tell me he tried to rp with you

I take it he's tried the same with you then?
i dont have msn but from what ive heard sometimes his rps get a bit kinky

anyway like some other ppl my "circle of friends" mainly comprises of everyone in the skype group that i talk to

Yeah, I've done "That kind" of RP with him. His fetishes and enthusiasm scares me a bit sometimes, but meh, better than being bland and boring is what I say.

There comes a time whenever you get films, you'll always get one that sucks a load of freaking balls, so post here the worst movie's you've ever watched.

To get us started, I'm going with Shrek the Third: Man what a dissapointing movie that was, it didn't even stack up to the first two in terms of humour at all. The fourth one still sucked, but it wasn't as bad as this one.

Just a random thread I made for fun. Talk about user's you became friends with in some form or another (In mine and Badnik's case, fantasy robots) and what situation the friendships in now. Sounds confusing? Oh well

I'll set the ball rolling.

GK: GK was the first person I knew coming onto this forum (We knew each other on the FRA forums and the Robot Wars Wiki) We've talked a few times here and there and are generally good friends. Nowadays I don't speak to him as much, prehaps I should send him a message.

Jonzu95: One of the first people to greet me on the forums, we've had a few bad spots in our friendship, but I can honestly say that he is a good friend of mine. We don't normally communicate through GTM, choosing MSN instead

GoldenFox93: This friendship I like to call "The Rollercoaster Frienship" we've had few ups and downs. (E.g. The anti story time thing of trying to return it to it's former glory and a few happenings on the ARC forum) but we've managed to work through them, the way he communicates to me when resolving a situation between us makes me realise how good of a person he is. In fact, he's the one person on this forum who i have the most in common with. (Young Ones, railways and Street Fighter to name a few)

Badnik96: This friendship only really developed/started during the fall of 2010 when ARC Armageddon was annouced on the ARC forums, we don't talk to each other that much but we share the same interest in fantasy robot tournaments and he will correct me when I'm wrong.

I would list them all, but that would take all night. I'll edit this list soon, so the honourable mentions are.

Preytor_4, Madman3, Chaosmancer, SOTG, Gazea2, S.T.C, IRW, NFX, Doublestrand and King Mushroom.

Talk about your circle of friends here!

Anyone know where I can get a good desktop wallpaper?
Google Images or DeviantART. Reminds me, might swap Hatsune Miku for something else again.

I have an account on DA, been on that site for six years

GF93: The (I think) Fourth person on GTM to get laid.

By which I believe you mean to say "...and to feel like he needs to shout it down from the heavens"

Correct mate, must have forgot to add that part.
Not really, though. I've kind of mentioned it in passing, and next thing I know, everyone's discussing how successful my penis is

You've just triggered off a Young Ones scene in my head now.

Rik: Tiny things please tiny minds
Vyvian: Yeah, and with a thing that tiny, you'd be hard put to please anything.
Rik: It's how big it is, it's what you do with it that counts.

Inb4 anyone implies that I think GF93 has a small penis

Try their album The Gathering since that is better than Demonic. Also it's worth grabbing their new album.

Went looking for Testament albums today, can't find any. Guess I'll have to go online to find them. Gonna get the new one, heard good things about it.
