I'm not sure Alpha Byter has enough drive power to be very effective. It's also vastly underpowered. Try using the left over weight to improve drive and add some more batteries (ants or battlepacks preferably).

Scared of what I think myself is a possible SFTW? :| I had to update to v2 just to have (damaging) weapons.. and not much even then. It's a popup. I have a pretty bad tourney history with them :P.

Yep, he's back :biggrin:   That's right, it's the seventh instalment of the Archimandrite series. Possibly the coolest looking DSL bot I've ever built. It's had some significant improvements from the last one I entered in WRL. If I can make 5 just as cool bots, I might submit another team for the NAR AI Pack. Beats all the DSL AI and most of the NAR AI as well. Has 3mm Titanium armour. Pros:Very fast Very wedgy. Gut-ripping ability Cons:Weak weapons No srimech (suggestions?) Constructive criticism appreciated.

@R0B0: I sacrificed the use of iron spikes and chose razors instead to put titanium sheets on the underside of Exponential Decay to reduce it's susceptibility to gut-ripping.
Probably won't make much of a difference though...
