Custom Components Showcase / Re: Pay Tribute With Replicas

Don't think so, event if you made it like a servo it still wouldn't be able to

Not the most complicated rep you've done Sonny :P, still, very nicely made nonetheless

Vert, he's going more Tempus Fugit than what your bot is. I.e. quick damage, weak weapons. SO yeah, KLONE Tempus Fugit?
TBH it doesn't really do quicker damage, just has weaker weapons

Real Robotics Discussion / Re: Most High-Tech/Advanced robot built?
« on: July 08, 2011, 12:17:01 PM »
I believe he's referring to the robot's internal "Wobulator" device, which allowed it to keep its balance properly when spinning at maximum speed. Apparently, it's a closely-guarded secret amongst the division of the RAF that built the robot.
And also didn't exist
It's something I read about in the magazine- if it was that guarded a secret (and that's presumably why), then that's why I put apparently instead of "certainly".
It was just the gyroscopic forces the spinner created

5 & 3 Posts in a row...
OK, fine :P

Ok I want to enter another robot in the tourney but I need someone to AI it. Does anyone want to? Please.
The point of that rule was to stop people who cannot AI from entering more than one bot :P
But as long as it is sent with AI, I will accept it, as by the rules, good luck finding someone though

EDIT: See, I can do this Jonzy :P

Geice's 3rd bot accepted with AI
SM's 3rd bot accepted
Mechadino's update accepted and AI'd

But I wear my watch on the right as well. Anyone else do that?
Yeah, same. People call it weird. I call it convenient.

I still don't get how you call it convenient.
Neither can I, it's out of the way on my left hand, on the right it would just be awkward when trying to write and stuff

Less drive!

Make the chassis slightly bigger for slightly more HP?
At first I tried to get a 29kg chassis that would make it exactly 249.0, the first chassis I made that could contain all components and stay underweight was 28.8
Every slight change I made would usually bring it overweight, and by the time I got that chassis I was so fed up of chassis trimming I just built the thing :P

You're right though, would be better at 249.0 as minimal a change as it might be, may try that again when I can be bothered XD
