1024 x 1024 isn't the maximum for the skin. I've made a two 2048 x 2048 skins.

2048x2048 can be accepted by robot skins, but the max I've seen an arena or component accept is 1024x1024.

Yes.

What is the max texture resolution the game engine can handle ?

1024X1024.

Some stuff, but not all stuff.

Can i change resolution to 1920 x 1080 ?

The maximum current resolution is 1280 X 1024, with no way to improve it beyond there.

Is there a list of all replacable game textures ?

All game textures are replaceable - Go wild.

How to modify the HUD ?

To an extent, yes.

Can we / you add more customables ?

Custom arenas, textures, robots, AI packs and sounds exist.

Can we add an showroom for robots here ? Like in www.trackmania-carpark.com/

Wham's Robot Wars AI pack has a fantastic Chaos 2. His Firestorm is also awesome, but is maybe a little too powerful.

In what file format you currently import assets/models to game? I am not sure about how much i can help but i will try my best(its been ages since i used unity, or devloped indie games. (more than 1.5 years)
I've tried with .obj models. But really, any file that works would be great. I'm thinking about creating a custom format so I can read it easier, but that'd take ages. I'm already using custom file formats for robot save files.

I know it's literally MONTHS old, but I've got some spare time coming up very soon, so if you want me to work on moving .gmf files over to .obj, inform me.
