Any chance of hinting a possible release date ? cause this is just insane i would spend money just to get this mod AMAZING!!! Sorry to hear about everything legal wise hope you get it sorted soon.
Word to the wise, a hobby becomes a job when you have to commit to release dates. HB, that Ripper is unreal.

Looks sexy, that much is true. Do you mean you beat Stock or DSL Emergency?
By the by, you can't have more than one thread per Showcase subsection - what you want to do is rename this topic to something generic like "Brian's Awesome DSL Robots" and show off all future DSL-based robots in this thread.

Only in Belfast lads. Only in Belfast.
Shut up, it's not only in Belfast. Stop trying to appear interesting.
C'mon don't be petty. They've had bona fide terrorist attacks as recently as the 1990's. When your entire country looks like a cheesy sitcom, you're entitled to some complaining

Whenever you duplicate a component, put the txt in the component/styles folder NOT the Components folder. That way, they won't show up in the botlab.
I assume that you know how to swap components using BFE, otherwise God help you you're in for hours of fiddling.

To keep Sir K's arm up, you could make a little cardboard triangle and tuck it under the gap between the base of the arm. Might have to double or triple-reinforce the triangle to keep it strong.
To keep the claw closed, maybe jam a hairpin into the "switch" to keep it from opening? Might break it, I'm not sure.

I prefer the second movie. Because Lugia <3
There's this part where Lugia's all like "I'll divert the legendary birds' attention," and then they start shooting at Ash, and I'm like "Dammit Lugia, you had one job!"

So is using Nightcracker's Movepixel tool. Learning to live and let live is a major sign of maturity.

Does it help to remember that it's all fake, and even the ones that claim to be "based on a true story" are anecdotal-evidence-supported bullsh**?

I kinda want to update the way I listen to music. I use a 2007 iPod Nano, 8gb, and it's served so well, outliving an iPod Touch easily, but I don't like having all my stuff on 1 device for some reason, plus I love the tactile feedback you get from an Apple clickwheel. How outdated am I?
Why don't you like having your stuff on one device?

OK, so I downloaded DSL 3, but it won't let me make a robot or even import one. So if I click 'back' while building the robot to go back to the team screen it doesn't save the robot. If I try to import the game just crahes, and it this robot's components were all on DSL 3.
Is this a new computer or operating system, or has RA2 worked on it in the past?

Hmm, an event in Boston you say? I might finally be able to see robots fighting live.

I bought Tentomushi because it had a cursory appearance on Robot Wars. Couldn't help but feel like I'd be disappointed by the rest.

You should use Carbonite. It's not free, but it automatically backs up your files as fast & often as your hardware allows. I swear, I sleep so much better now. Plus, when you're doing modding work, you can tell at a glance which files you've been working on recently.

Any chance you could take out those spoiler-boxes from the poll? I appreciate that you're trying to prevent spoilers, but for actual voting, it's really difficult to tell which check-box goes with which bot.

This is probably a weird topic but I'll go ahead and say. Is it weird for you people if you ate alone in a fancy restaurant or even some place like a KFC or McDonalds? Just a question out of curiosity.
It probably has something to do with my personality, but I feel hugely uncomfortable going alone to a restaurant. I dunno, it just shouts out to the world "I COULDN'T FIND ANYONE TO GO HERE WITH ME!!!!!" Or maybe it's because I don't like the waiter exclusively talking to me because I dislike IRL social interactions in general. Or maybe it's because I'm beta and an economist - when you put those two things together, all you can think about is that the space and servers are finite, and this table would be much more efficiently occupied by a couple or group. Sit-down restaurants like KFC and McDonald's are a different story - it's normal to order your food, pay, and keep to yourself while you eat. Here's a question to get insight into your personality: You go into a movie theater and it's completely empty except for one stranger. Where do you sit relative to the stranger? My answer is "as far away as possible."

Heh, now that I've seen "thomas" in action, I get the joke. Pretty clever for a robot inspired by a plain red square.
