If that was a lightweight IRL you could totally pull off putting the receiver, speed controls, batteries etc. inside of the chassis. The CB exostacking is fine, no 'bot electronics are that big IRL.
4QD speed controllers
And this is not IRL, the stress on the motors alone would make the axles on the motor break and you souldn't be able to attach the motors on extenders that way securely

@Click
with you deleting the metal hinge and making the skirts useless for wedges in DSL 3, what can we use to attach our wedges with?
My guess is that chassis wedges will become more popular or there will be a new component to make wedges.

The IRL bot looks better but the small wedges attached to flipper segments makes it look unrealistic, try attaching flipper segments to the bottom of the flipper arms to act as wedges and if you're using judge bursts then use 12 ants rather than 2 ants and 2 battle packs

Little demonstration of an actually IRL and simple flipper for Gauche.
(Image removed from quote.)
Bit of a more American style one. To make it even more IRL, the gap in the chassis would be thinner.
4 wheel mag (with wide ants at the front and plain ants at the back) drive, judge burst for the flipper, 5 ants, 2 battlepacks.
Also I needed to out Cryptopsy bot Enigma after he made Gravager (A Cryptopsy) haha
This looks pretty good, I think the bottom flipper segment could have one more attached to each side though ( that is, if you're going to improve it )

And also on ra2 metal hinges are ridiculously more effective than they are IRL

Just minimize concave spaces.
This. You want the bot to look like it is all one piece

Post a picture of it from the bot lab because from here it doesn't look IRL

What drive does it have and i'm guessing that's a mag snapper for the weapon motor ?

That looks better, you still only need to use 12 ants for this IIRC

Gauche the flipper power?ITS TWO FREAKING JUDGE BURSTS, WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT?Seriously the flipper position sure wont matter when its that powerfull anyways
Gauche is right, if you place the judge bursts higher up and have the first flipper segment attached to it as the top of the flipper.
And he's building a cruiserweight Massimo

If the beater bar plate stops bots from climbing the wedge then yes and the metal hinge should be removed either way which should give you a cruiser weight with weight left over for more armour.

In IRL you shouldn't use metal hinge wedges, you only need to use ant batteries for the judge bursts ( not sure how many ) and doesn't the plate with beater bars in the middle stop bots from going up the wedges ?
