Razors are pretty bad on weapon-heavy HS like that, but otherwise it's pretty good.

This will be our last main release.
This release will come with a balance patch for the components. Component updates will continue (mainly with cheatbot2 and replica components being balanced and added to the main roster) for a while after the "last" main release. There'll be at least 1 or 2 further updates to components.

I think you should focus on learning to make an AI pack before you try to go and make a total conversion mod (such as DSL).

The bot itself looks pretty nasty. Does it last long against HS?
It does alright. Haven't AI'd it yet, so that might affect how it actually performs. Would it be better if it just had 3 razors on 1 Snapper2 with a much shallower chassis?
Been there, done that. Fragment 2 has DSA and 1 less razor than what you suggested though.

Here's a popup that I forgot to showcase.   Plastic, 1 black. Stock textures + decal because I still haven't re-installed any texture packs yet. It actually can self-right despite me thinking it wouldn't be able to while building it. In case you were wondering, the 3 MWs were Devil, Ninja and Iceberg.

That chassis shape generally causes your wedges to be closer together, which is bad.
Any of the bottom two are fine, but the one on the bottom left causes your chassis weight to go way up IIRC.

That chassis shape tends not to be very good for wedges from what I've seen. Good for taking on HS but not so much for really getting under other wedges. You might want to do a |_| shaped chassis.

I had this dream last night that I fried up a whole bunch of eggs, except when I was done cooking the eggs I realized that I forgot to scramble them and ended up with a sh** ton of sunny-side-up fried eggs. Sunny-side-up eggs are alright but not as good as scrambled eggs in my opinion. What does it all mean GTM?

Literally rotate the component back and forth like a rabid baboon until the axle flies away. It's finicky and takes a while sometimes.
