Remember that ZodiaK was able to beat Pillar of Fire. 
But Ice Chipper 3 is not Zodiak and it can hardly beat any HS in II AI, although it seemed to do well against PYS AI o_O

I'm surprised I'm still building, anyway, Civil Offense IV:  Replaced those stupid wedges with balance bars, replaced the Hypnos with Technos to make it faster, and added more armor (though the back is kinda exposed now). With those changes, it can now actually beat wedges, and more:  and yes, it is stable.

HS: I don't get the setup either, but very nice. You beat Skrzak with that?! I couldn't do it with Blue Giant.  Honestly the rammer reminds me more of Rage III. I'm guessing the snapper's mounted on an anchor stacked into the Nifty.

Maybe instead of the car steering, you can use the same drive motors that you have at the front of your bot and mount them on extenders, and use Hypnos or Vlads on all four.
Other than that, get rid of the two large, orange batteries, replace one of them with an ant battery, shrink the chassis, and get a more powerful weapon motor; a dual perm would work well for this.
Alternatively, you can get rid of the rear drive system altogether to give you more weight to focus on other systems.

Let's see where I stand...
I'm pretty sure my entry can beat Badnik's, and I doubt Redline's juggler is better than mine, but Trumpetguy's entry worries me slightly. The only other bots in my heat that I am worried about are Scrap Daddy's and R0B0SH4RK's. 123's entry somewhat worries me but my bot seems wide enough that it can "trip" it. I'm not worried about Fallen Hero or Antimatter because my entry did very well against them in testing :P.

What do you mean Naryar? The last time I checked, TWM3Rs, Perm 80s, and Dual Mags had only 400 HP. Is this not true, or are there other weapon motors between Piglets and E-Teks?

That's actually not too bad, except that 92 kgs of weaponry is too much for a Piglet. Get a stronger weapon motor, but you might want to consider mounting it inside your bot or armoring it because every weapon motor between Piglets and E-Teks have very low HP.
