...You are aware that the more you guys spam this supposedly "new and invincible" sub-bot type in tournaments, the quicker someone will find a true counter to it ?
What you mean?  Didn't I already counter it in multiple ways?

You just need to have more razors in the middle than the flail ram.  You can do it with VS, ram, wram, FS, TRFBD, and pushers.  Traps with enough drive can also just shove it to the corner and immobilize it without the need to deal damage.

That's weird.  Deleted component should never show a collision after a restart.  I mean the bot file is saved in plain text and to have removed the component but still have the collision isn't plausible.  Some other side panel must have a really bad Agod moment.

Anyway there's a very easy way to fix this.  Hit the PAUSE button on your keyboard (which should pause the game and the music) before you load the bot.

there's this skirt extender thing.  You can add it to the 2 end of your skirts and place the firestorm flipper further out.

Yeah they only got 400 hp but they really won't get hit behind a firestorm flipper anyway.

VertSpinner.py does the same thing as Drum.
So what's a good trolldance number for a drum?  And do I need anything other than vertspinner.py cuz I can't find the trolldance script in there.

Up to you....  I mean, I can never get much damage out of pistons on wedge anyway.  Plus they tend to leave your bot in really bad positions.  You might actually want a trap mechanism to go with that bot so your bot doesn't just dash right past.

I still think you should replace the extenders with light beaters and attach ds light or razor directly onto that.

Made an awesome gut ripper:

Ummmmmm..... is that a SHW or a HW? if it's HW, then the drive's overkill.
And you should use high concussion weps like BBs.
No such thing as too much drive on a wedge bot......

But yes, concussion weapons....... like beater bars instead of titanium extenders and DS light instead of razors.

I would use 2 heavy plows or 4 firestorm flippers (maybe even 6 on 2 shirt hinge) instead of titanium sheets.

White Pistons are one of the few things that I would recommend putting inside the chassis when possible.

Also lighten the extenders and use heavy plows.  You don't need steel extenders when it's almost completely covered.  Also Plastic 5 or Titanium 3 are better options.

Mounting everything on a 4000HP DSL disc in the center is a huge liability.  Since the edge sticks out a popup or gutripper will almost always be able to hit that.  Remove that, add 2 multi extenders on the 2 corners to mount the plows, connect the bottom titanium sheet to the halfsheet.  and 2 more multi extenders, 1 for the piston and another for 2 titanium sheet on top.

All the games are like that, it's a known problem.  You just kinna have to put in the anchor point last, or turn the camera angle to side view.

Anchor Point?  Unless you don't got space for some reason.

No you test how good an SnS is by running it against wedge bots, to see how many you can sweep and how many gets under.....  No sense in running it against another SnS since all that tells you is how much weapons you got.

I mean, you can easily pack a lot more weapons in there by using the 1 giant disk at the bottom approach, and cutting drives.  But you lose sweep and end up losing to other bot types.

1.  I want my AI pack to suck a little less.
2.  I have a kill list.

Width of the upper wedge has many advantage.  It increase the chance of getting under FSnS, and it prevent being flank by other bots.

With that said, let's consider the common options for second wedge

1.  Titanium sheet, while the easiest to use, is not the widest or most durable for it's price.

2.  Firestorm Flipper, despite it's description, actually has 10,000 HP.  2 of them on the 2 end of the skirt will result in a wider, longer, and cheaper wedge than titanium sheet.  Mounting it in reverse (as picture shown) also have an narmour effect on top for extra protection.  but of course the best way to mount them is sideway as Urjak has done.  Actually doing it is kind of a pain due to it's odd shape.

3.  Heavy plow has 2000 fracture, making it nearly indestructible in most play.

4.  NARmour, for just 30kg you can have 6 of them.  Naturally indestructible and superior width, probably the MW upper wedge of choice if you are willing to use it.

I hate to disappoint you but I do not accept teams in 123AI.

It is not a community AI pack.  It's mostly just stuff I build and a few other bots I really like.

Na, they are flail.  So you can't really angle it with AGOD.

123AI got sh**ty LW though, just stick to NAR AI if you want to fight against LW.

If that's the update to the HS in 123AI, then me gusta
Na your team will stay.  123AI is not an community pack and will not be.

I mean, we already have NAR AI as a community pack.  Please send teams there instead.  I do not want 123AI to be a NAR AI alternative.
