There is only one warning for foul language in the main forum.....then suspension .... then banned.
Three of you got the same warning!
I can see what you want to achieve with these new measures ACAMS, but if you don't mind us saying so, having 50% added to the Watch-O-Metre seems a bit harsh. Granted swearing isn't the best of things to be doing here, but to me, it seems ridiculous that that seems to the only offence worthy of a Three strikes and you're out system, when I've seen people doing far more obnoxious and annoying things (IE. Jonzu calling everyone in ST retards and HypnoDisc2010 constantly demanding reps and swearing at those who talk to him about it), and they get far more lenient punishments, if any at all. For instance, for one offence, we've recieved 75% on our Watch-O-Metres, whilst Jonzu and Hypno only have 5% and 40% respectively from many more over a much shorter period of time. Through that, you could say that generally good people who only swore are recieving an overly-harsh medium of punishment, whilst those who are actually in need of it are let off with a slap on the wrist.

There is no way to offend ACAMS unless you beat him in Poker. So, don't worry.
All you got to worry about is wasting his time. If you type up a huge message, he will likely scan though it and hammer down on you for wasting his time when he has to manage the board and whatnot. For somebody who doesn't really play the game anymore, I am surprised that ACAMS puts as much effort into this place as he does. I am grateful for that alone. He works his a** off and has hobbies outside of the forum, so it is pretty cool that he spends time maintaining this place (and money as well).
It is still a mystery to me WHY he continues to support this forum after all this time.
So, yeah, try not to waste his time. Keep it short and sweet.

Send him a VERY polite message, you don't want a ban.

To be fair, I'd like to note there is like 4-5 other people that have that same warning level. ACAMS came down hard on swearing.
I thought he only did that when people praised Obama? Anyway, I think it's ridiculous. I've seen people do far more serious things, and only get 5% for it. Sometimes, I get the feeling he wants to get rid of me for whatever reason.

Actually, seriously, I am drawing up some concept sketches of the tat this weekend. Going back to see my artist soon to get into planning stages. So far I am pretty positive it is going to involve clockwork gears and puzzle pieces on 1/4th of my body. Might have a devil/angel chick added as well if it meshes together. I gotta bring my ideas and sketches to him, and then he will try to draw up a basic idea to see if we share the same vision for it.

Well, you can say either something clever, or you can say something intelligent.
Tends to vary, really. Sometimes, I can try to say something intelligent (yet comes out stupid), yet at other times, I try to say something "clever", but it comes out as intelligent, really. I don't know why, but sometimes it happens, you could say.
