Go to UI->botlab, and "batsuit.tga" dictates the background.

Pc is better value if you don't need portability. Read up on the graphics card in your computerwr and the memory and processor. 800 pounds buys a decent gaming PC. You'll think you want a computer that just olays ra2, but you'll eventually want to playother games. This, I say from personal experience.
Not Dell under any circumstances. 723

If Utopia really is just a FW Dys, then Defector gets my vote - for the sake of variety.

They're not good enough for this pack. HB, can you confirm that the ones on the Robot Wars Wiki, and screencaps from the Youtube vids, aren't high-quality enough? Just wanna make sure you've covered all your bases. As for Tetanus, my vote is ver. 3 on the merit of not being a crusher, because let's face it, RA2 just can't do them justice. 726

The sunlight lasts for as long as Primal Groudon's on the field, and it can't be overridden by another weather or Cloud Nine. 727

How do you determine which bots get eliminated?

If you've only got 3 robots, why not just hold a single 3-way melee and claim whatever tournament credit the powers that be will allow?

Yeah, you'd have to make rules against robots being to strong - as it stands now, most are bulletproof.
I think "Robotica" came the closest to a sustainable competition - no one design was supreme. Setup and cleanup would be a problem for an independent organization. 730

When I was first setting up my new win8 pc, I came up with this idea for "Libertarian Mode," all security features disabled by default
Win8 is fine though, much better than seven.. Please explain. 732

MegaGroudon confirmed. I forget the name of its ability but ir basically make it sunny and prevents th wether from changing and negates all water attacks. Makes sense from a narrative standpoint - how else could it stand on equal footing with kyogre?

Here's the simplest solution that Google came up with:
press ctrl+alt+delete-->open the task manager-->click file-->new task-->type explorer.exe-->press enter. Failing that, this page has a more complex suggestion http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-desktop/windows-7-taskbar-icons-disappear/1ae80c85-04fc-4bef-8a1f-56ee4dc154c5 734

That's not offensive. "It's not a Plunderbird clone if the claw actually works" would be offensive.

Site News and Feedback / Avatar size limit« on: September 14, 2014, 07:38:44 PM »
It seems like the avatar size limit has been repealed. I view GTM on my mobile most of the time, and having to scroll down an entire pillar just because people can't control themselves. I think it was naive to expect people not to abuse this. Please, may we have an enforceable limit?

Cats can be trained to go on walks and take baths if you're willing to put forth the effort.
