Extenders - Never use square extenders. They weigh more than the round ones but have the same strength. It you have trouble rotating the round ones, here is a tip. For every nine "clicks" you rotate it, it has went 180 degrees. It's actually 1 click per 10 degrees. So 9 for 90 degrees and 18 clicks for 180 degrees.
