I would suggest putting Windows 7 on now, XP is very very old.
Window 7 looks too much like Vista. There was nothing wrong with XP, and I can trust it.

TOURNAMENT SIGNUP RULES: - YOU MUST BE ABLE TO AI AND HOST TO START A TOURNAMENT
- Clear set of rules the tournament will run on
- State how positions will be selected (brackets filled)
- Weight class (the maximum weight entries can to be)
- Game type (Stock, DSL, Custom)
- Realistic rule or not
- Type of bots allowed/disallowed
- If Multibots are allowed/their Max weight/if one is out are both out
- Battle type (Heads up, Teams, Rumble or Deathmatch)
- Arena to be used
- Arena hazards on or off
- Time setting for all matches
- One match, 2 out of 3, number of matches
- Single elimination/ double elimination (will there be a loser bracket)
- If BFE, AAM, or ANY outside game modifications are allowed
- Which in game glitches allowed? (stacking, axle glitch, eFFe gltch, ect, ect)
- Number of entrants allowed/ or set deadline for entries (deadline can be extended, but not shortened)
- If a deadline is stated AND a limit to number of entrants you MUST state how empty spots will be filled
- Nobody can be entered until a bot is received and accepted
- State if bots can be upgraded, and how may times/until when, and if bot type can be changed
- Havok rules/rules for a restart
ALL THE ABOVE MUST BE ADDRESSED WHEN STARTING A TOURNAMENT
You're missing the stuff in bold. This tourney also has another major flaw: someone can enter super unbalanced parts (ramplates that do 9 million damage and weigh 1 kg, or 123STW's cheaty vlad spike) and just destroy the competition.

I believe TX is now permabanned, after all his antics in the guest board, and with proxy avoidance sites.
Well, he's certainly permabanned from the wiki: (Block log); 10:56 . . JoeBlo (Talk | contribs) changed block settings for Teamxtreemer (Talk | contribs) with an expiry time of infinite (account creation disabled)(Don't vandalize.)
Not sure about GTM though: TX was been banned AGAIN for three months for being stupid, and hacking accounts after a whole bunch of drama.
After a vandalizing session on the wiki, he is awaiting permaban.

My guess is that the nose is wrong. Try deleting the 'nose':math.pi,.

Well there's your problem. IIRC the RA2 cursor is in a different place to the norm one. Use the RA2 custom cursor.
Does RA2 have a custom cursor? Is it just DSL? I can't remember.
I'll keep this in mind next time this happens. (hopefully this doesn't happen again anytime soon)

I'm about to reinstall Windows XP in order to fix a problem with RA2 (https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php/topic,8155.msg415362.html#msg415362) Any last words of advice/reasons why I shouldn't do this (PLEASE GIVE ME AN ALTERNATE WAY TO FIX MY COPY OF RA2)/ good lucks?

I have this same problem, but I'm not sure if re installing windows would help, because I run RA2 off of an external hard drive.
