there is only one rule i'm kinda annoyed at, and it's the NPC fast limit, cause that will make most bots have very average speed (unless you go for E-Teks but they're so big and unwieldy), not to mention that NPC fasts starts to smoke upon the most insignificant impact, so IMO that rule should be removed
Regular NPCs are good enough. Plus you can have 2 NPC fasts and 2 regulars, which is more than enough speed for 4wd.
