The top-right and bottom-left bots in the pic are in his bot pack, but none of them are given bindings (and the only given bindings, which were somewhere else in this thread, did not work for me), so you'll have to AI them yourself.

I personally don't think I deserve to be an AU. I am a good builder, but what else have I done? I haven't contributed much, but I am trying to learn more about GMF files, except it's not working out because I'm trying to do so by myself and I feel that Mad and others are too busy for me.

Even though there is space between the BSGs to place the ants without having them intersect, they are still intersecting, thus unrealistic. I would rebuild the chassis so you can fit all of the components inside efficiently.
Also, use 5mm plastic; lighter and stronger than 3mm titanium.

#1 is definitely creative, but for some reason doesn't look too effective. #2 actually looks better than the original Scavenger by the looks of the outside. #3 is cool-looking, but the design could have been executed better. #4 I like because it's an original flipper. #5's design has been done before, but it looks better thanks to the setup and splash. #6 has too little detail in its splash, but the effects are kind of cool. #7 looks like it was by Pwnator, but it doesn't seem realistic. I will give them credit though for fitting 2 70kg hammers on a MW VS. #8 is nothing special, but kind of a cool chassis for a FS.
...I vote for #4

V2.4 will have balanced fractures and steel extenders already make a little damage in NAR AI (material = metal), as well as snowplows.
That's good to know, but what about the other armor pieces? I recall 123 saying something about rebalancing armor by giving them 400 hp/kg? Anyway, I've upgraded Mist Cycle: Still 5mm plastic, everything else is visible. It now has more durable drive motors and is slightly more resistant to wedges. While I was at it, I made a HW version: 5mm titanium, 16 Large Beater Bars and Heavy DS Teeth, 4 Tornado Spikes; everything else is visible. It is less stable than the LW, but does just as good at its anti-flail job as its counterpart. Also: Too bad I ran out of time, but at least I won by points, though it mostly depends on stability to beat RPP.

Thats why Lightweight Popups fail
If they fail, then how did I win a tournament with one (a reason other than teamwork)? What about making it so that u cant put NPCs outside the chassis like i do?
This has been done for DSL 3.0, which people are seeming to forget about. THis is weight, But id like to see more simple bots in DSL, Like those old Stock Bots with just a few things... Most real bots only have a few weapons, While Nightmare is just a spinning disc we have VSes with 4 hammers. The bots show look more like real life i think... Some bots just have a DSL Bar looking weapon... Only that, While we make bots with 4 hammers (My DangerBox) Sheck spinners have just a few weapons, But we make Sheck spinners with 100 flailed razors... If you think about it, Almost none of the bots we build in RA2 are buildable in real life :\ Thats why i hate Things larger than SHWs... A HW is enough, A SHW is acceptable, But 4000Kgs is overkill, Seriously -.-
Agreed Personally, I think fracture values cause balance issues with components, mainly weapons and extenders/armor, which need to be rebalanced as well.

Flail Sheck Spinners, like Bane III and Eris.

Noticing the lack of comments on my bots, I'm pretty sure few, if not no one, would care that I posted here, but I just had to post this before my idea gets stolen again: Mist Cycle 5mm plastic, 8 large BBs, 6 razor tips. The idea was to make a bar-SnS that can beat FSS and such, since most bar/hammer SnS don't do this well because they are usually outweaponed. As expected, it performs very well against FSS, and has beaten some pinners and VS, but tends to have trouble against some of the faster gut-rippers. The exposed drive motors are an issue as well. Also my first successful AIing with FBS.py, but I don't think that's the best .py for this type of design.

My native language is English, and this is my third year taking French. I would also like to learn Japanese.

Wow, Niscan2009 bot almost won, he should have too. The way it tryed to avoid getting counted out lost the match for it.
Agreed that Nicsan got unlucky (seriously how the HELL is Pwn so lucky when it comes to tournaments!?) and that he should have won even if his bots were inferior.
Now it's just like before in R.I.P., and even though we both know how to beat each other, I'm probably going to lose again. I say that mostly because of Pwn's luck and that he will most likely be the one to outsmart me.

I honestly would prefer if you switch back to the weapon setup used on the original ICM. The top disk(s) could not only deal damage as well as trap opponents, and it looks cooler.

It looks like you have DSL parts in your game, which are considered custom parts, and thus cheating, in stock. Keep the two separate.
With that aside, this can run fine on just one Supervolt, believe it or not (too lazy right now to give more tips; someone else fill him in).

Found the forums back in November '08. Didn't spend much time there. In March, I downloaded DSL and started lurking, mostly viewing DSL showcases and some other stuff.
I lurked for three months, and mainly because: 1. I prefer to leave a good first impression when I introduce myself 2. Infiniteinertia

Do you have a drinking problem? Or does your bot?
I would say BOTH! The left wheel looks a bit messed up.

It looks to me like this is basically RAW 2 except that this time I have no idea what the arena is going to be (with RAW 2 I knew that it was going to be a modded Clawtop Arena, but for some reason I can't seem to guess what Stag's arena is going to be).

Someone should make a DSL HW version.
I made one back in November, before the original FG was made, but it sucked and I didn't know how to improve it, so I scrapped it. Now I wish I'd kept it.

A rebuild of the flipper I posted around a month ago: Same drive and chassis armor, but has 4 ants instead of 8 as well as the 2 PC545s for power. I don't really know how good the wedges are; it varies depending on the arena. BTW Naryar, the E-Tek version sucked.

It wouldn't be legal though since the [bullsh**] rules state that a bot cannot have more than six axles for flails.

The matches were somewhat boring, but also surprising. The music kicks ass as well. also, inb4 Naryar's ragetoon
