I personally think MUGEN is badass. When you've got a decent selection of well-made characters, you can make whoever from whatever fight someone from another franchise. Compares to Capcom vs. SNK except being able to make crazy matches like... Dopefish from Commander Keen vs. Dr. Robotnik's drill tank from Sonic 2 (And the X stage from Sonic Advance if you wanna be extensive)
You can even make your character play Duck Hunt and Super Mario Bros 1-1. Because some scripters are that awesome.

Extenders are overlapped - like on AoN. It so just happens that the spikes overlap too.

Booyah. What else is there to say? Oh, wait. 8 spikes.

HA.
Yes?
Not sure but I think that was aimed at my testing back there.

K. Test your bot against Acornia 2 HMS on the Bot Exchange.
Fine.. did 10 matches. Controlled Acornia 2 myself, went after and poked whenever AoN was in range nomatter what (like an AI) AoN won 6 - 6 KOs Acornia won 4 - Suicide TKO, WBP and 2 KOs Acornia's weapon bar only survived the two times it KOed AoN.

Oh-ho crap, ahah, looks like there's two AoNs now. I'm talking about the bot and the tourney. Granted AoN1 existed before my bot but it was forgotten in time.

High point: Launching Explosive Stinger out of the BBEANS arena, in one ram, in 4 seconds (Around 2 not counting the fact it hadn't touched the floor) ...
Do not wanna fight you now.
Everything probably only just lined up. I'll have to test it some more when I get time.

Been making test bindings for AoN to get a feel for how certain matchups will go. The AI drives it like a nutter - but I don't condemn it for even I have control problems.
Low point: Knowing that AoN can throw itself out of the arena merely turning sharply and awkwardly. Only happened once but it's pretty serious High point: Launching Explosive Stinger out of the BBEANS arena, in one ram, in 4 seconds (Around 2 not counting the fact it hadn't touched the floor) ... Remember that neither have wedges.

I doubt I'll meet a popup THAT soon. It can happen. Look at BFR in BBEANS5 and how the only loses it had were from AC. They met the first time in Round 2 - very, very early. The chances of such a matchup were theorically 3/64. But it happened. Interested to see how fast Conficker is looking at your confidence there :o

All Or Nothing / Redline: Will do very well or very badly. Sounds like the name is right.

REAL MEN DONT READ THREADS
Well.. that sort of logic doesn't work. You had to read this thread to reply like that. Also you're reading this.

All Or Nothing / Redline: Basically my bot but with double the spikes and no burst piston. OK.
I wouldn't dumb down things that much. For instance, you missed the fact I'm using NPC Fasts and your design looks like it has measly Slimbodies. So from that, you forgot one of the design's key points - it goes like a rocket.

I'll be trading in durability for style in this BBEANS (Which is why Click wanted me to reply back to an email, the 2 versions) basically, the fragile fast NPC fasts instead of reliable normal NPCs.
I have very few rammers.. and haven't used them much at all. Don't know what to be afraid of, especially with something this fast. Pulling a Rage III is a risk - It's even been done on a square chassis face, let alone an actual wedge.
Bane and Stanley are big threats, maybe Final Z but I see no halfsheet on any. Looks like a rammer could take down Z from the back. Don't imagine it to be that fast. Have no idea what Naryar is planning with that... Tomcat looks impressive for a newcomer. Aesthetically and in power.
Can't say much more because I'm on a time limit here.

Give him time, FOTEPX. It's not like the online list is judged by if our computers are on or not.

i understand, but i can use 3ds max and endorphin, and i can make weapon art and stuff but i do understand where your coming from.
That still leaves huge gaps. For instance, player models (You didn't specifically mention them), actual coding, gameplay ideas...

Oh-ho, that exchange happened today? Looks like I unknowingly saved someone.
You can thank me with chicken fishsticks, Badnik.

Well, today IS the big day. Or atleast, it's 9pm here on the big day. *Shrug* Maybe tomorrow, being generous in the case of time zones.

I Have Had An Idea To Make A New Shoot Em Up Game, And Seen As People On This Forum Can Make Games, I Decided To Ask You Guys. [moar stuff] Buddy.. you're really asking too much of us. Not only is it a mega project, judging from amount of unique weapons alone, let alone their upgrades, you have 0 experience yourself, and only have obscure references to what you want to do with the game. Everyone has to start small, regardless of their ambition. I've been coding small-time since 2006~7. Not even a proper language. Just one made by 2 people as part of a online game building/playing engine. It's extensive unlike how it sounds, but that's not the point. It's basic compared to the likes of C++ and commercially used languages. Distributable Europhia could cost thousands. I don't actually know, but they're not going to give it for free so someone can make a game with it. Also, you'd have to learn how to use that too. I'm not saying don't pursue your dream... just.. be reasonable for what you can achieve right now. And don't expect others to fill in the holes of your knowledge and abilities so willingly.

If multibots are any better in stock, I wouldn't know.

Multi Bots fail in general, unless we are talking about UHW, which are totally awesome.
BFR.
