Dude, that's at least 140kg per Perm. Which is more than 350kg spent on the weapon system alone.
Indeed, it's a good weapon system... just looks a bit fragile, and it's probably going to be quite unbalanced when it loses weapons.

it's also SO unrealistic it's not even DSL "realistic".
If hitpoints mean more to you than a tight chassis, why not just have as big a chassis as possible?
