Such as 50% of members here :P I welcome the changes.
Same here- it'll be good to see the Justice Fisting commence.

damn i really really want to start by gf
I've not been here much lately actually, so I don't think there'll be much justification- just an occasional appearance here and there really, since I'm on ARC more these days.

Good luck with everything Camsy, and thanks for everything- even if we've had our moments of contention in the past, you've been a good guy to know.

A-Kill. This was a of a job, but should look pretty good when it falls apart in battle. Blood tipped thumper ftw? (Image removed from quote.)
Definitely one of the best I've seen from you, Sonny- well done!

slowly, but surely... (Image removed from quote.) Corrosive Crew - BW-Poison Control. A nippy little crusher, astro drive, bsg for the claw.
That's a pretty cool crusher there, Scrap- come to think of it, isn't that Mr Yuk on the back? That old ad was as creepy as anything. On top of that though, Angler's downright brilliant

To all the good chaps in Blighty. Does anyone remember the TV show where people modified real cars to be remote controlled and then fought them in a 1v1 demolition derby style? I think it aired on Bravo. But I can't find any trace of it.
Full Metal Challenge, if I recall correctly.

Why can't we just combine Battlebots and demolition derbies by strapping pneumatic speaks onto old Camaros? I'd pay to see that.
Not a bad idea, actually- I could imagine a V-shaped Snowplough on a muscle car being pretty effective, actually.

I am glad to see them making a come back.
Agreed, Camsy- it'd definitely be cool to see you compete again once the next series of Ruination/FRR rolls around.

Saw Point. It goes all Tokyo Drift when it reverses. (Image removed from quote.)
Awesomeness, Sonny- it looks almost completely like the real thing

I could see it actually being kind of cool if it works well- in some ways, it reminds me of Fightbox. Anyone else remember that?

Well, only really with the flamethrower if you look at it on the inside- on the outside it looks OK, and the DSL3 replica of Alcoholic Stepfather uses the same system. It's only really for increasing the burnination it can deal, and even then, the other two internal ones are easily removable if it's that much of a problem.
Are you done trying to prove the point that your robot is better than everybody else's robots?
He's not, he's just trying to explain something. No reason to jump on him like that man.
Indeed. That wasn't my intention at all, and I apologise if I came off that way- all I did was explain why I went with that particular system, and how it could easily be changed if need be. Thanks for that by the way, Plazmic.

Well, as promised, here's my very quick (15 minute) replica of BioHazard, which will eventually be rebuilt to look more realistic. 739kgs with titanium 5mm. Yes, I know it's underweight as and looks crap but this is only a concept, not the finished version. Now, is it possible to make the chassis lower than the "cheat minimum" by using BFE? Also, does anyone have a good photo of BioHazard's innards? The finished robot will use a semi "split in half" chassis a la Blood Runner. Not a bad concept, actually- with a little development, it might be pretty good!

Had a play around with it a few days back- although to be honest, I've been focussing my efforts on ARC as of recently. That, along with College, is the reason why I'm not around so much these days.

PONIES DETECTED OUTSIDE OF PLAYGROUND THREAD ADMINISTERING DAMAGE CONTROL >IMPLYING >IMPLYING >IMPLYING >IMPLYING >IMPLYING
Bro, you've been doing a fair bit yourself. So this'll be like the Cold War standoff and you're Gorbachev. Now you'd better think twice about hitting that button.
And what's with those annoying arrows?

No Arsonist? Ah well. There's some pretty awesome designs in there, so let's see what else I can come up to match them...
Thought that was 2011, oh well.
Actually, I've just checked, and I made it in August 2012.
