Also, why I am not the only competitive jerk ? Does competitive jerk applies only to the main tournament, not to the fight to the finish ? I eliminated more bots than any of all the competitive jerks (2 eliminations). Or maybe click does not want to give two prizes to the same person ?
KO's in the semifinals and finals only count for Competitive Jerk if the bot being KO'd didn't have enough spares remaining to avoid elimination (even though they get eliminated anyway if they do have spares). You KO'd Frag Beetle and Your Best Frenemy, which didn't have spare control boards, for 2 "official" eliminations. The other bots you KO'd did have spare control boards.

Hahaha, so true. It's not just your pocket though. The very air itself has been known to tie knots like that while the observer's back is turned.

Powered by Judge burst? I wanted to make a Judge burst hammer to exploit freeziez's rules which were clearly meant for flippers, but of course the design failed.

Isn't the chassis rather exposed on PerCon? Aside from that, it looks great.

Looks awesome, though perhaps unstable. Also it needs a slot painted on the chassis.

it might be better as a Vertical Spinner or a Drum I thought the same thing. It would be more effective AND look even cooler with a small disc/drum in the gap between Storm flippers. Good seamless use of the Storm flippers too. I didn't even notice that those weren't part of the chassis at first.

SYD plows aren't allowed. jk. Bot looks good; I hope I can outwedge it.

The laser patch is included with the main download now (has been for several years, actually). If the laser doesn't fire it's either because you don't have air tanks, or the arena you are in is too bright and you can't see the beam.

Fun fact: Dumbledore is a Dutch word meaning "bumblebee". (At least I think it's Dutch.) So SKBT's bot is really named Drumblebee.

The final is up! And THAT is why I banned popups! But seriously, congrats to Naryar for getting as close to the line as humanly possible without stepping over it. Grinding Noise is a mean machine and it was lucky enough to not face any spinners until late in the tournament. I'll probably get some bonus fights filmed after December 1st featuring bots that still had spares left when they lost. Also, a special feature with Freakazoidberg and Overloaded Orbinaut, as a consolation for going out the first round.

What do you call someone kicked out of the Westboro Baptist Church? What's the difference between a pile of dead babies and Absolute Chaos? You can't make Absolute Chaos with sledgehammers.
Why was Naryar fired from the French police? He accidentally killed someone because he thought he needed MORE TASERS.
...Sorry. I have a cold and am probably not thinking 100% straight.

For the record having a plow that weighs 6.5 lbs when the rest of your robot weighs 5.5 lbs is a bad idea...
But it works all the time in RA2! Any good rammer has even worse weight distribution than that! ...Come to think of it DoorStop looks a lot like an RA2 bot, like All Or Nothing but with a plow instead of a wall of spikes.

What if you reload the whole bot? (Go to team hq or test garage and back)

What is the wheel on top for? And is that IRL or standard DSL? I honestly can't tell...

Even if you pause before loading the bot?

Very weird... Try copying files from your working stock game into your DSL game. If DSL suddenly starts working at some point, you'll have narrowed down where the problem is. I would start with RA2.cfg or the Teams folder.

Although, this makes me think we should take the beetlebros guide and update it with all the other tips and tricks we know
I started writing a new, updated guide but it turned out way too long... I need to go back through and make it simpler or people will just look at it and say tl;dr.

Oh boy. Right away in the first round, we find out if the one bot Naryar fears is really capable of taking him down...

Well done Click. Disappointed though, should have maybe lost some chassis armour and used meatier hammers. Actually, pretty bummed out about this now. Looks to me like you would've been fine except the AI was a bit too trigger-happy and allowed 6IT to hit your hammers when you fired early. That didn't happen as much in the second match and look what happened...

I find it funny how that joke bot is getting more interest than the real thing. The real one looks great. I like how the maces form a solid sheet.
