And you're a ****ing bronyAnd you've been here 2 years and are still a n00b, so stop acting like you're cool or some sh**.2 months is new stop thinking you are cool or some sh** This thread screams GTM so much, some ****wagon like HA being his usual cancerous self, running around for attention making me wonder why we ever let him free.Don't blame HA for this. He posted some pretty mild bait. It was the new guy's decision to fall for it hook, line, and sinker. Carrot and Playzooki did most of the flaming afterwords, so they're more to blame for the drama than Andy. This is some typical GTM drama though. Sometimes I think the drama is what keeps me interested, but I'll still call out the people acting a fool. The new guy who seems pretty likeable screwing himself over and not realizing it.
People who have been on both of these ends in the past looking at this and are crying
And the mods who are questioning why they ****ing unbanned HA (atleast thats what I hope they're doing)

Tournament though, I think it''d be best to run 2 tournaments, One for more IRL Builders and one for the infinite razor cluster****s yall find so entertaining.

 Everyones happy then

I admit, I was a fool, however, I don't know why everyone is calling me "the new guy", I mean, I've been around here for almost 2 months, I'm hardly new.

Please, don't disappear into the salty depths, we don't want this thread locked, do we?

					 red stop giving advice please
I say "perhaps" or "I think" because they are suggestions that, in my mind, could work. Its not like I'm some sort of RA2 genius or anything. I am giving suggestions based on my understanding of the game, if they are bad, then they are bad, don't use 'em.

(Image removed from quote.)how do i play ra2

 seriously

i have forgotten how to build anything even remotely decent

Tfw Theredblur can build a better robot than you. In all seriousness, this robot needs something more stable than just massive extenders that would break off in minutes against anything decent. Perhaps something like attaching snow plows would look (and work) better?

Why do I think that'd be ridiculously cool but insanely difficult to drive? Might make one at some point. Watch my ironforge.

Thanks. You're probably the first to not directly insult me here.   run 2 tournaments, One for more IRL Builders and one for the infinite razor cluster****s yall find so entertaining.

Agreed. We'd still have to find the ideal mod for this. Id say either ironforge for simplicity or DSL for varied bots. (We cant forget burst motors passing straight through batteries, though :P)

So, I have seen posts mentioning something called "multibots", which just makes me think there is more than one chassis for a bot, which, as far as I can tell, is impossible. Will anyone help me on what a multibot is, and possibly direct me to a tutorial?
Once, again, sorry for being a total feckin noob.

If i try to make it any wider i'll hit the max sphere. is there some weird RA2 sorcery bug that i can get around or no.
I'm not exactly a RA2 sorcerer or wizard or whatever the **** ya wanna call me, (feel free to quote me on that) but I don't think there's a bug that'll allow you to go outside the max. Even if there was, that'll cause extreme lag when testing, so do it at your own risk.

The problem I can foresee with a big GTM tournament is choosing mod and building style, since we're all so spread over everything now.
Well, for that, I'd just choose the most popular versions of each, to make sure most are happy. I'm happy to adapt to DSL and standard building if this does go on, so I'd be just an extra.

oh will you **** off , playzooki is twice the man you'll ever be and thats saying somethingRope. Bullets. Suicide. It won't fix anything. My love is gone.
 The sky is broken.
 And I am lost.

 Did someone call me?

Wow, this is some serious autism we've got brewing in this here thread. Y'all should invest in a nice long peice of rope, and some tying lessons.

What is people's obsession with suicide here? Mostly with the method of hanging, it appears.

**** off i actually build robots (ra2 and in real life, just dont really play ra2 much anymore), just the actual ra2 forum itself is not as good as craaig says it isGTM really isn't that bad if you stick to the RA2 section. Which is, you know, kinda the entire point of the forum.Ra2 section is full of robot wars fanboys and faggots like you

If you dislike the building of robots, then leave, that is what this whole forum is for.

Look, I'm not saying I'm a technological genius that could build any good bots in real life (although I probably could, given money, google, and a little bit of time), but, frankly, I wouldn't want to battle bots made of smarties tins against, y'know, ACTUAL BOTS.

GTM seems to be slit between those who just want it to be their very own RA2 fanclub and those who just want to make drama happen for their amusement.  Then there's me, and the few others who've just been coming here so long they don't know how to stop. But I see the sickness that lurks within GTM, I see it andI know it. And I know how to fix it. But first we must decide, what is it we wish GTM to be?
Well, I want GTM to be a place for those passionate about the RA2 series of games to meet, give tips, etc. So, how do we fix gtm to be like that?
