This thread screams GTM so much, some ****wagon like HA being his usual cancerous self, running around for attention making me wonder why we ever let him free.
The new guy who seems pretty likeable screwing himself over and not realizing it.
People who have been on both of these ends in the past looking at this and are crying
And the mods who are questioning why they ****ing unbanned HA (atleast thats what I hope they're doing)
Tournament though, I think it''d be best to run 2 tournaments, One for more IRL Builders and one for the infinite razor cluster****s yall find so entertaining.

Carrot and Playzooki did most of the flaming afterwords, so they're more to blame for the drama than Andy. This is some typical GTM drama though. Sometimes I think the drama is what keeps me interested, but I'll still call out the people acting a fool.
I admit, I was a fool, however, I don't know why everyone is calling me "the new guy", I mean, I've been around here for almost 2 months, I'm hardly new.

I say "perhaps" or "I think" because they are suggestions that, in my mind, could work. Its not like I'm some sort of RA2 genius or anything. I am giving suggestions based on my understanding of the game, if they are bad, then they are bad, don't use 'em.

Tfw Theredblur can build a better robot than you. In all seriousness, this robot needs something more stable than just massive extenders that would break off in minutes against anything decent. Perhaps something like attaching snow plows would look (and work) better?

Agreed. We'd still have to find the ideal mod for this. Id say either ironforge for simplicity or DSL for varied bots. (We cant forget burst motors passing straight through batteries, though :P)

So, I have seen posts mentioning something called "multibots", which just makes me think there is more than one chassis for a bot, which, as far as I can tell, is impossible. Will anyone help me on what a multibot is, and possibly direct me to a tutorial?

If i try to make it any wider i'll hit the max sphere. is there some weird RA2 sorcery bug that i can get around or no.
I'm not exactly a RA2 sorcerer or wizard or whatever the **** ya wanna call me, (feel free to quote me on that) but I don't think there's a bug that'll allow you to go outside the max. Even if there was, that'll cause extreme lag when testing, so do it at your own risk.

The problem I can foresee with a big GTM tournament is choosing mod and building style, since we're all so spread over everything now.
Well, for that, I'd just choose the most popular versions of each, to make sure most are happy. I'm happy to adapt to DSL and standard building if this does go on, so I'd be just an extra.

What is people's obsession with suicide here? Mostly with the method of hanging, it appears.
GTM really isn't that bad if you stick to the RA2 section. Which is, you know, kinda the entire point of the forum.

GTM seems to be slit between those who just want it to be their very own RA2 fanclub and those who just want to make drama happen for their amusement. Then there's me, and the few others who've just been coming here so long they don't know how to stop. But I see the sickness that lurks within GTM, I see it andI know it. And I know how to fix it. But first we must decide, what is it we wish GTM to be?
Well, I want GTM to be a place for those passionate about the RA2 series of games to meet, give tips, etc. So, how do we fix gtm to be like that?
