May just wait and see what Massimo thinks. I'm using it on a 56kg disk, so it's not that OP, but luckily I have a downgraded version using the piglet that I could enter if the flatmotor variant isn't allowed.

There is a list of cheatbot2 components that are allowed in the rules. If its not on the list, it's probably banned.
That was what I was expecting, it just as none of the motors are deemed as allowed OR disallowed so I just want to find out as for my LW entry I'm using the flatmotor...

Why don't you just use the F10 camera.
Because it's awful. Too low down for my liking. Also the other arena has walls rather than silly concave things.

So, I have changed some of the rules (Not major ones don't worry).
You can read them above but to summarize;
1) Change of arena - Camera angles in the DSL Tournament Arena are dreadful for recording.
2) I'm now Judging - Points can be a bit unfair if one bot has more points but the other dominated the match
3) Update on my bot - yep, hardly any progress.

14 Hours of sleep and curiosity. Although it dose have one to few ants than it should.
Haha. But that Burst needs hell of a lotta ants. Use lesser armour and try to buff the power or the polycarbs.

Okay, after some planning and a total overhaul and rebuild, (even shortened the chassis a tad) I present to you, Black Tips 2.0 (I forgot to change the name but oh well)  In my opinion, this is way better than the previous one and I am glad you guys helped me to make this. *It actually runs both ways up and doesn't spin around on the blade if I leave it! Also: here are some other angles of it.  If you are wondering why the panic skirt is on the back, it helps stabilise it as it is quite front heavy and also protects the slightly exposed NPCs. Hope you guys like, and feel free to comment any more improvements etc.

Thanks for all of the help guys, glad some of you are actually taking this seriously. I will try to modify all the bots posted and should be posting the tomorrow but it's really late here in the UK (Well I guess you could say early as it's past midnight) and so I will have to sleep.

Not Gregory, it's not Scottish enough. Use either Gregor as a forename, or McGregor as a surname.
Also, tons of overkill on the ants. 1 ant per spin motor, bro.

Okay, I took in some of the advice given, and I have tried to use some of the ideas to make this: Black Tips *Note that the spikes don't cut through the perm even though they look like they do, I checked and there is a slight gap in between. Hope you guys like, Two more bots coming soon.

EDIT: yep, it's there.
So... What's it's name exactly? The bot name seems to be a little confusing
Also, sadly I had to ban another entry because it was way too overpowered. I have few tips for you guys
- No 2 Judge bursts/Beta motors
- No Skirt Hinge wedges
- Try to make the robot Realistic as possible, not overpowered as possible.
It's name is JMC - GREGORY (But it's the CW Version)

I know it's not going to stand a chance but will this be eligible at least? Just want to help fill some of the slots haha - (It's main idea is to withstand hits)
