Make it invertible by making the chassis as low as possible. Use an ant instead and use the small control board. You can put the drive inside the chassis, and use a single multi-extender in the middle and attach a sledgehammer to it.

If I'm in the rumble, I'm pretty sure TH will be the first one to get creamed (plus, the HS protection rarely works). XD

@ 40757 - Heh. Nope. Clue: Check out how my drive is attached (and it doesn't use T connectors). The plow's too easy. :D

@ Reier - I tried that already for the earlier Impulses, but it can only scoot when inverted, not driveable at all. If I can get the height right, I could've inserted a mace coming out of the front. :D

Ditto. I got a juggler coming in. Next one will be a new bot. :D

Gah. You fooled me with All Terrain Train (its nose is in the opposite direction, by the way). XD

Heh. Found it. Just had to place it where people don't bother looking at, don't you? :P

That also happened to MR in Round 1. It's the arena that caused it. Same reason why some CC2 bots overdid a move that cost them the match.

You could. It just takes some determination (for stacking stuff) and a crafty mind. I usually build a clone first, then build a new bot inspired from it. :D

Yay bump.

Couldn't stack the CB in the double batts for my clone of Inf's Silver Bullet 2, so I'll post an old bot.

Well, not really old. Impulse 3. Built it just after Impulse 2 was done. For some reason, it has a nasty tendency to scoop up non-wedged bots Tidal Wave-style even if the spinners are high.

One who guesses the setup correctly gets a virtual cookie (it's quite simple anyway :P). :D

Awesomeness.

And the core's sides aren't sloped upwards. They're just angled to the front. But a triangular front and the shell's triangular depression should be quite a challenge when it comes to Legos. This is probably the best you can get. I <3 it.

*Crap. Posted this in the wrong thread earlier*

Speaking of which Bumble Bee seems to be an easier bot. Let LRA2 replicate that instead. XD

You know, you should at least let him try. He should just post it in his own thread instead.

But if the crawler gets inverted...

Darn. I hope my wedges work. XD

Good call on the batt consumption and the combo pack. However, you don't really need DDT wedges. But yeah, razors on a DDT would be nice. Remove the middle snapper to gain the weight.

Also, you might need to rebuild the chassis a bit to attain the desired performance. :D

[Edit] Wow. I actually forgot to tell this. >.<

NFX, visit some of the showcases here. These will give you tons of ideas. :D

Welcome to the forums, dude. :D

It's pretty nice for a newcomer. But here are some more tips:

First of all, you're gonna need 2 supervolts to power the bot (remove the pinks). Also, you don't need the rear spikes. Always have your weapons face the opponent (sans horizontal spinners). You can back this up with a strong drive (which you already have) and wedges (which you also have) help a lot.

However, we encourage building to the weight limit so it should either be no more than 398.9kg for a MW (the HW should have 4WD HP-Ztek drive). Also, the servos give it a nice touch but a strong bot can take out the extenders before the razors would do substantial damage. Put them on a Snapper instead and have them arc from the back to the front. We call those popups.

COPYPASTA TIME!!!

Predictions:

Craaig: If it's wedgy, it'll do good. Too bad there are too many HSes here...

DM543: If HSes get their tribars stuck on the brackets, it's most likely gonna chew the chassis away

DK: DK just doesn't wanna win his tourney. :P

H@z: I'm gonna guess Mutiny 2 with bursted drive? If Trojan Horse can go under Emancipator, maybe this can go under Hyperbola. D:

HA: Wammer or popup? I couldn't tell. HS food. Still looks cool, though.

GB: If it pulls a 7095 vs VeXeD on me... D:

Inf: Gah. D:

JD: Kinda feels like his ARBBC (did I type it right?) bot. I like it, but 6 irons can't do much.

JB: <3. Uber-HSes should worry them, though.

LRA2: Interesting... 3 razors won't do much, but if the wedges are good, then it can actually pull off a win.

MM: Ummm... I dunno...

Nary: YAY HS PROTEKSHUN. Mwahahahahaha. >:)

Natef: WAY BETTER THAN TSUNAMI. Not bad. Not bad at all. :D

Me: Some of you have seen it already, but I'll post it here.

Except the razors on the wedges are angled inwards. I would've just made it a T chassis instead of a wedged T, but I want to keep the juggler look.

Pys: Gah. D:

R0B0: Gah. D:

R1: If it's in the SC packs, then it should go far.

Redline: YAY HS PROTECTION. But do they really work?

Reier: YAY MOAR HS PROTECTION. But if HSes rise up the wedge and reach the motor...

RQ: Hmmm...depends on the wedges.

RR: So far this is one of the best I've seen from RR. Sweet. :D

SD: GAH. D: D: D:

SB: We've seen how it did in RODE, this should do well.

SSG: Awesome. This should still give a hard time to wedges.

SC: Most of us built our bots specifically to beat this. Not me, however. Darn. D:

S32: Ummm.. gah? The disks kinda look vulnerable to me, unlike BB which has weapons long enough to actually go on top of HSes.

Yayoi: Name says it all. But might still be able to pull a ItI.

Ounce: Kinda reminds me of R4. Dunno why. XD

Urjak: I'm supposed to say 'gah' since it's an HS, but this is COOL. :D

Weirdo: My version of it can easily kill all MWs in the SCv4 pack. Gah. D:

Wham: I like it. Can't predict much about it, though.

40757: Although not a HS... GAH!!! D: D: D:
