Well the original point was to protect the wheels, now it's a rammer/HS hybrid... but it's not a problem in my books.
By angling, I hope TX means putting the weapons farther from each other while keeping the same position from the multi. So your static weapons form a V-shaped rack, and protect the weapons.
Rotating the DS teeth will do no good however, cause they might touch the ground and therefore deal much less damage.

Don'y you mean so the spinning weapon won't touch the ground?

  Every time I open ANY version of RA2 it crashes and gives me the not responding error message. What am I doing wrong? and does anyone else have this problem? It only happens sometimes but when it does, it drives me INSANE. It only crashes when I start it up though no other time. Please help

Ther is enough room between the weapon and the floor, I mean it's not touching the floor at all so I think that aspect is good for now.

Maybe you can also put that magmotor inside directly on a multi-extender, if you angle it more.
I tried but my chasis was too flat for that so I left it alone but I added a ramming weapon  The razors are for you nary
