Latest robot - Swordfish. 2 40x160 DSL Bars as wheel guards. 3mm Aluminium armour. 8 Ants.* Pointless frame on the weapon was there to help it self-right but I made it a bit too big so please dont comment on that bit. It'll go when I do the other modifications.  *Didn't know how many ants the Beta Geared Motor used so I put in four. Just found out it needs 21... I think...

Yep, but with RAZORS with Flails and a lot more ungodly unrealism.
I spent about 5 minutes making it so i didnt pay much attention to anything except the hammer and shell aspects

Have to admit, part of me was expecting someone to enter a fbs/ss hammer hybrid which would garner all the votes. Not sure how it would work though.

T.A.N. also won without the pit, but lastly; what makes flipping bots out of the arena less cheap than pitting them. It was becoming a trend and to be honest I found TAN's matches better and much less like the rest of the series, which consisted of bots like Judge Shred 3 and M2 just OOTA'ing things.
Yeah, OOTA got boring after a while.
Gravity was the best at O.O.T.A.'s

I attempted servos for drive thinking the maxspeed would be low but the pushing power VERY HIGH seeing the torque.
Well, thats what I thought so I just threw something together without much regard to how good it could fight or anything else. Just a failed experiment.

Haven't posted anything in a while so here we go... Something of a failed test Panzer is, and is as about as good as a block of wood in a fight. 10 points up for grabs if anyone can tell me the "not-obvious-at-all" fault

Without a doubt, my least favourite robot is Tough as Nails (Or "Cheap as Chips" as I like to call it). I mean, that thing won only by the cheapest methods possible-immediately grabbing opponents and pitting them-no action, and always boring and predictable.
Plus how they pitted Disc-O-Inferno (Who I looked forward to seeing that year, and was dominating the fight!), and did Panic Attack and RoboChicken out of their respective victories.
And then there's the World Championship. We could've had GRAVITY in there, but nooo....
I was so happy when Bulldog Breed and Storm II gave that cheap excuse for a robot a taste of its own medicine.
And if I had to pick a second choice, it'd probably be 13 Black, for what it did to Chaos 2 in RW Extreme Series 2.
Well I'm glad that someone else hates T.A.N. cos Jonathan and Craig always were banging on about how its "the largest horizontal crusher of its kind" but it made no attempt to create any good battles by dumping them down the pit. The robots from the Netherlands are some of the most impressive I've seen - the series of Gravities, Scraptosaur, and √3, but T.A.N. has ruined it completely. (Insert frowny face.)
