i think a lot of you miss the point with replicas - they require effort
it is true that replicas require effort the thing is some robots are very simple king buxton is essiantially a box with spikes a skin would be good i was interested that jaydee was doing stock replicas stock isnt great for replicas so if the replicas look low quality its becuase stock replicas are not easy to do
Because that's unrealistic! Suddenly DSL-S doesn't seem so unrealistic does it? There's a reason before IRL came around DSL-S was classed under DSL Realistic Rules - Stock builds are unrealistic, but it's generally frowned upon doing that in DSL under most circumstances. This tournament is one of those other rare occasions.
That would fit as DSL-S as far as I can see. Unrealistic means stuff can cut through other stuff - your dual perm doesn't need to be that far out for example as the bar and weapons are allowed to cut through the chassis and stuff in it.
No. To use it I would have to turn the bot, not only would I be vulnerable to attack when turning the bot but also my rear is completely unarmored.
Not to mention i don't have the weight left to do a proper drum weapon for a HW.
yes thats why you should put a drum on it it doesnt need to be a second weapon just something to raise bots up into your vs a back wedge would also work
if i had the money to build a hw i would build abot similar to complete control but with a spike to impale them before lifting them also shw which is just like 10 really small bots in a cluster
oh boy knockout rounds i cant wait to see who i fa...ce ... MAZAKARI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if i can get his robot up it wont be hard to get it oota because of height and the stability of the bars but .. yeah i lose good game!
